I've been playing WoT for a long time and have now started with ships. Currently I got only Tier 4 max, but that is changing quickly. Must have's are voicecomms, division play and Team/Ranked battles in the future.

How do they compare to the other nations?

What does everyone recommend?

With the current 0.5.4 Release, which one of the four Tier 1 Cruisers should I keep? My impression is that the German one is too limited by gunrange and the japanese one is too slow. The Russian one is fast while the american one provides bigger boomsticks. Am I missing something? Also for each class which are the recommended 1-2 nations to play?
