    Yes, it is good that you can't buy yourself into top tiers. But personally I just can't stand the random rankeds, and the fact I'd need to get rank 1 million times to get Musashi would piss me off and hard. But I guess it's the same for those who can't access CW (in case she is a CW reward), so I guess it's just personal bias in the end Tbh, neither one ranked or CW reward is optimal, but ranked is just endurance in the end, while in CW some sort of skill would be involved. Okay, on the other hand, Ranked is accessible to more people.. Kinda damned if you do X and damned if you do Y Anyways, it's hard to decide (or rather guess) how Musashi will be distributed, as all options have their flaws.

    Just want to make it clear, I'm not thinking like US best!1!. Even they have pretty much lost their skills how to conduct a conventional war against same tier opponent (after cold war they have pretty much just focused on peace keeping or bombing bananalands), as was shown (for.ex.) this May during the annual war exercise of FDF, in which US infranty company took part and got beaten up. (And not so surprisingly, the outcome wasn't really advertised on any media).

    Well, for tier 7 BBs 460'ers wouldn't really bring nothing new, as 25mm * 14,3 = 357,5mm, so any gun with higher caliber than that can already overmatch their bows. Cruisers? "Basic" 406/410 pen/overmatch enough already, so just can't see that 460 would really bring massive difference here. Ofc, I don't remember every armorplate thickness ingame so I can't quickly say if there would be ship(s) with a lot of 32mm plates, which would become (again) vulnerable. (Ok, I am a bit biased when it comes to 460'ers facing T7; +/- 3 MM was the state when I learned the game so thus I personally don't mind it really if 460'ers can face T7 again.) Imho Musashi should be something else than a silvership but what? For alternative IJN BB lines there is already Number 13 class as a TX candidate. Smaller design of A-150 could also make it as a TX BB, though she would be just a BB wrecker as her 510'ers are a bit overkill for anything lesser armored. Also, only 6 main guns would make her DPM a lot less. (Original A-150 is completely T11 material with 8-9x 510, 30kn and 91.000t ) (Btw, isn't GK some sort of H-42 hybrid with Rasshian archivesTM turrets? Then she is also around 90.000t. So the displacement wouldn't be much of a problem, but 8-9x 510 in a 30kn platform would be ) As a tiny note, Musashi had "only" 400mm main belt (instead of 410mm). Don't remember if there were much other differences between the sisters, which would have impact in game. But tbh, that 10mm difference in thickness makes also zero difference, as Yamato class was designed to have an immunity zone against her own guns (aka the engineers saw that they could reduce the thickness without affecting the designed protection). Side armor was designed to be able to resist the kinetic energy of an 46cm shell from ranges 20 000m and beyond. Deck was designed to withstand penetration as following: - 46cm shells from distance of 30 000m (so an immunity zone between 20km-30km roughly saying) - AP bomb needs to be (at least) 1000kg of mass, and to be dropped from height of 3400m or more [Source for above is Anatomy of the ship: Battleships Yamato and Musashi by Janusz Skulski and Stefan Draminski] Not giving her 460'ers would be heresy that is beyond every possible limit! Overall, I'd like to see her as TX. Being a tier lower than her sister is pretty hard to justify. Especially these days as carriers are pretty much extinct

    Yeah, WoWS +/- 3 was imho fine. If anything, WoT needs the much ranted +/- 1, not WoWS. Prem ammo for credits was a big f*ck up imo, made heavy armor more or less irrelevant. I remember seeing SS's from WoT Beta where IS-4 is like against StuG or somethin

    Well, they should introduce some sort of Super heavy cruiser/ Cruiser killer class for B-65 and Alaska. Or handle it like the Graf Spee :P

    Preferrably as a tech tree silver ship IF possible pls. Well, again tbh, much wouldn't change for veterans as we used to have +/- 3 MM ^^ At high tiers it wasn't SO bad, but grinding Kawachi against Fuso was a bit, uuh, challenging :P

    Tbh, Musashi as a 2nd researchable silvership in tech tree wouldn't really make sense. Number 13 class would be 2nd IJN tier X BB imho. Imho even the smaller design variant of A-150 would make it in as a tier X BB. But now as they make the nameship Kii as a premium, it's kinda hard to see them adding 2nd IJN BB line. But, it could go like this: T7 : Nagato T8 : Tosa T9 : Number 13 (if Kii ruled out) TX : A-150 But honestly Kii should be in tree: T7 : Nagato T8 : Tosa T9 : Kii TX : Number 13 Now it would be a logical progression. A-150 could be maybe 3rd TX BB then, dunno, just quickly throwing the ideas.

    Well, because the ship in picture is just Musashi :D Shinano was the 3rd hull of Yamato class, and was indeed converted into a CV.     I'd like to see the genius who can invent a abuse-proof karma system. Many players can't judge objectively, instead they report for whatever reason they can find. "OMG he sank my boat REPORT for haxor11!!!". Sometimes you can't but wonder what the f*ck did I do now; no chatting at all, decent game -> reported ":D" They should just remove the whole karma system, as 1) it serves no function 2) the possibility that people aren't objective when they report (as explained above), which essentially f*cks up the whole point of karma, as it can be twisted so easily by angry heroes. I remember my divmate getting reported several times just for playing Kaga ":D" Karma is one of those ideas that sound good on paper, but is actually damn hard to get work in a reasonable way.
