WG never fails to amaze us. Clan Battles were already interesting when they showed us the ruleset. Fine for me, I am open to test this 7vs7,TX,CV404,1BB set, but these later announcements really start to take taste away from this soup called CB. I'm fine with a limited amount of days per week, couldn't play on all of them anyways. But why Friday is not on this "primetime"? Well, Friday not being on the list, I can still tolerate that too. But then we come into the biggest problem imho, the 3 hour window. Like what the actual f*ck honestly? Time window should be bigger to make gathering easier for these casual clans. WG wanted to make CBs as accessible as possible, but then they limit the CBs with time window that is as big as cats a***. Like 6 hours would bring more freedomTM and flexibility to arrange the divisions. In TBs we had a 5 hour window, but I guess it's the modern trend to reduce everything. As things happen in threes there is also this retarded fact that you need Commander, Deputy or Recruiter to form a team. Wtf? Yes, militaries always need commanders, and it's fine if Line Officers (lowest rank atm) can't form teams. But it would be then a f*cking great idea to add new ranks, lets say for ex. "Field Commander" or something. This problem with ranks and their powers can be indeed surpassed by nominating half of the clan into Recruiters as Loran said, but jesus f*ck how stupid that looks like. Also Recruiter powers shouldn't be given to just anyone, thus a rank that can form teams, but can't affect clan leadership/membership is needed. Atm CB just feels like half-arsed work, or juosten kustu (urinated while running) as I'd say. Then again the question stays, why? Why release something that clearly isn't ready and thought-out, as we can see from this commanding officer requirement. Geez.

But as both clans exist separate in WoWS, I just don't understand what Count means with Member wise? Influence wise? Taking most Forumites into same clan? Or what? Overall, Dingers is more of a WoT thing. Here SCRUBs is a lot bigger.

Never mentioned to me at least. And I'm very close to our leaders so I should have heard. Iirc Toby is a Dinger in WoT, while being a SCRUB in WoWS. But more Dingers I don't personally know from our clan. And while I played WoT a lot back then, I was never connected to WoT forumites, so I just don't know them. Thus I have no idea in the end what are you talking about with this Dingers - SCRUBs relation. Names? Those you'll find from the recruitment thread. You could also open it up yourself? Are you a WoT Dinger? Was SCRUBs in WoT founded by former Dingers or what is all this fuss about. I'm a WoWS forumite, and don't know about the circles in WoT.

Well, as I said I don't know the clans and their members in WoT (Marquise for ex, says nothing to me), so my sentence may be faulty indeed. And overall I'd like to ask what Count means with this Dingers - SCRUB relationship. No one of the SCRUB leaders have ever mentioned Dingers at all, so that's what I mean with "nothing to do with each other". And if we have guys who are/were Dingers in WoT, then that is imho kinda far fetched attempt to find relationship.

I don't really know WoT clans, but no, Dingers[WJDE] has nothing to do with SCRUBs in WoWS.

Well, if you read the opening post, you can see we have 2nd clan SNUBS. We also have 3rd clan called 5CRUB. So ask Loran/Blogis for possible free slots.

Depends what you mean? Like Forumites is practically dead yes, but you still don't have to be in clan to find people to play with. If you read the little story of mine, SCRUB was indeed one major cause for Forumites demise but we also continue to keep Forumites traditions alive with our own, open to all channel called "The Scrubs Community". It's the common channel for all SCRUB members but also it's the spiritual successor of Forumites. So you can go there and ask for people to div up with.

Well, it died as well when clans got implemented :D I made a little story about it, so you can read that to get idea what happened: Dunno how the linking works, because for me it doesn't redirect me to the exact post, but to the end of that page instead. At least Rechner for PC is still more logical than the Finnish word tietokone, kone = machine and tieto = information/knowledge. But still my point here/opinion stays that I find it sad if the nation-state that is supposed to preserve the native language of said native people, officially replaces a native word used for long time with something completely foreign. And that is what I dislike. And I have already explained it, but you still insist that I'd dislike every word that has some sort of loan roots. Like what the f*ck? If futanari refers to a hentai category, then we use word futanari as we have no native word for "japanese hermaphrodite p0rn". And that is fine, as we have never had native word for that. Lolicon falls into same gategory, we've never had a native word for that thing, so we use lolicon as well. And again, that's fine as that thing has always been known as lolicon here. (i.e. those words didn't replace existing words as there was no existing word for them before.) I don't really understand this baiting by twisting words and throwing bullsh*t claims. As I was away, I'd really just suggest to like read all the patchnotes. (It is kinda tiresome if I try to read all it through first and then copypaste). Something that has happened: - KM DDs : uh, hydro from T6 onwards? The top tier one is a very good cap contester -> smoke and hydro the enemy - IJN DD split : The new sub line is more gun oriented according to WG, ends at Akizuki atm. Akizuki is a gunboat indeed, while the preceding Shiratsuyu is more of a torpmachine - Soviet DD split : VMF DDs slitted into like torpboat (Grozovoi) / gunboat (Khaba) lines - French cruisers : well, speedboost as national trait, also armor pretty wonky, thus kinda tricky to citadel. They seem to be good at kiting? And I haven't played any of the lines above, except the IJN DDs, so take with salt :P - RN BBs as latest addition : A genius addition that has f*cked up the whole BB meta as they have stronk HE -> many BBs just spam HE these days.. If you read the Gameplay section, you can see the outrage regarding this line, especially the top tier Conqueror is a pain in arse for many people. Sorry, can't really give anything more out of my head as I don't remember what exactly happened and when. Especially as our time of absence pretty much overlaps.
