So the reactions replaced the old like button completely. I still want to like posts I find good, in way or another, so I'm forced to use them. GJ. Overall, why change something that isn't broken? These reaction faces just don't add much at all, and look imho so annoying. My hate towards reactions must sound annoying as well, but as an active forum user I want to express my view. We forum users are so small minority of the game's population that you could ask our opinions before even planning to change anything here. Anyways, on other topic: The clan tag colors and their visibility has been brought up ten times already, but still I can't be without applauding the genius who thought it would be a great idea to do it as it is now. White text on white background? Seems like the designers focused only on new Dark theme, and forgot the check the usability on other themes altogether. GJ! Overall, leave the different clan tag colors, representing different leagues, as an ingame thing. On forums I'm not interested to see is someone in Typhoon etc. (Not really interested ingame either) For forums, the clan tags should have universal color: black for White/Classic theme and white for Dark theme. Well, as you are so keen to change forums every now and then, I might as well ask for one function: Is it possible to get integrated MP4 support for this forum?

I still have some ships I got last christmas from boxes, but with whom I haven't played a single game to date; Sims, Marblehead, Blyska, Murmansk comes to mind... Though I have played Murmansk during CBT test server, others are completely new to me. Should try them someday

From real, big-gun era ships, there are two that especially please my eye: Akizuki and Yamato. An engineering sculpture. Especially Yama from front angles as seen on this CD cover: Small pic, but gives the idea. Drooooll. Harmony of the lines aahh ^^ Overall, IJN lines/shapes just hit me the most. There are other beautiful ships on other nations as well.

And to be honest, what you do with forum karma? I think it's as useless as karma ingame. E: I hope no posts will go missing this time, like it happened last time. Especially as we have this christmas lottery going on.

Seems so. As exciting as this lottery is, I just ask any new one to join to use 5 minutes and thoroughly read the opening post. Biggest trap has been the prize nr.8. No, you can't choose Tachi or Marblehead yourself, it is a total of 3 individual ships, for 3 different lucky ones. But as lup3s pop'd up just above, I'll leave rest of the explaining to him once he gets home.

Good to hear. GiFs are also possible, though with them you need to play a bit more to find the best size/quality ratio so that it still fits within the filesize limit. -

What's wrong with JPG? Filesize? Just resize it into 200px from at least one side, while maintaining the aspect ratio, and the filesize will shrink as well. At 200x200 I use PNGs as format for avatars, as at that resolution the filesize drops still below the limit, even with PNG. -

Just edit one yourself! If the picture is too big, you need just MS paint to resize/cut it. If you want to make simple "Do it yourself and spare" avatars, paint.net (free) or any other program that allows you to play with layers is enough. For ex, I used just some random google christmas stuff and put it on top of Shion's picture with layers. That's one way to achieve the max filesize allowed. One way is also to resize the image, as these forums will show avatars max only at 200x200px, no matter what. -

Btw, who was this artist? (Have seen his/her drawings but can't remember the nick). Indeed, I have seen some christmas style avatars around again. Still can't help but laugh a bit when I watch my avatar, which I made for the christmas 2015. Otherwise nothing weird, but because I flipped the Shion's head around horizontally it looks so retarded. I want to explain the Prize #8 before others fell for it as well. You might want to check your preferred choises, as the 1st prize is a premium ship, not doubloons and 3rd prize is either doubloons or premium time, not a premium ship. Otherwise it has went well regarding entering to the lottery, but just remember to read the prizelist carefully guys!
