Ibuki is pretty decent ship. Has 16.5km range thats more than any other IJN cruisers or USN cruiser, got better firing arc of main battery than Mogami, torpedos get better arc, speed and damage is stealthy and has decent armor when angled. Plus can mount one upgrade module more then Mogami and has got repair party. Enought? :-)

Yes of course Atago is better but Ibuki got faster torpedos with more damge. I dont firing them when Im spotted I launceh them to incoming enemy. Zao torpedos is almost useless because of arc and range but if someone made mistake to get close is nice to have them:-) but anyway I dont use them as primary weapon on any IJN cruiser. Turret traverse is 37.1s with expert marksman and main battery mod 3. Still better then Myoko with EM on captain. I found that range module made me less effective in accuracy and shell travel time to 19.2km is 14s!

Stealth fire is fine but it cant be practically usefull in real game with all DDs all around + airplanes! So I gave up range for rate of fire. Turret traverse is bit annoying but with concealment I could open fire when I want and disappaere when focused. I love my Ibuki its good ship but might be played cautiously like all cruisers and in Japanese Im engaging USN and German cruisers only defensively from distance because they got better rate of fire, AP penetration and turret rotation. Ibuki has also best torpedos and launchig arcs of all IJN heavy cruisers!

Co sem cet preklady z Ruskeho fora tak prave nevedi moc kam sni. Uvazujou o nejaky stromne letadlovek ktery by zacinal prave hybridy a Tone by mohla byt na tieru 6, ale je to hodne predcasny. Ja si myslim ze na tier 7 by sla v pohode mozna i na tier 8. Mohla by mit spotera i stihacu zaroven aby trochu odpovidala historii jinak si myslim ze jediny handikap je ze ma o 2 dela min nez ostatni Japonci. Myoko bylo navrzeny puvodne na tier 8 a Mogami na tier 7 a tim jak ty lode prehodily v tierech vznikla disproporce. Nedokazu pochopit ze se proste nad tim nikdo nezamyslel. O nejake historicke korektnosti nebudu mluvit, protoze to ani nejde aplikovat aby byla hra vyvazena a hratelna. V podstate muzou Tone vybalancovat na jakykoli tier kdyz budou chtit, ale spis jde o to aby nestratila svoji identitu a zapala do hry.

155m delama to neni moc hratelny kvuli otaceni vezi. Jinak si myslim ze je to furt dobra lod. Je potreba hrat hodne opatrne, ale ma skvely maskovani takze to jde docela dobre.

Winrate je zavislej od teamu. Dmage taky neni vsechno. Dulezity je hlidat vlajky, pomahat spojencum a dorazet lode. Ikdyz ma 1HP tak muze strilet! Dulezity je nicit torpedoborce pokud se objevy ve vzdalonosti +/- 10km at okanzite jdu po nich. idealni je mit pred sebou torpedoborec ktery spotuje aty ho pak muzes kryt a za sebou bitevni lod aby kryla tebe. Ja vim je to tezky kdyz dost malo lidi spolupracuje, ale co nadelas:-) dulezity je drzet se s teamem a nedelat zadny osameli harakiry:-)

Covece skill na snizenni sance na ohen je uplne na h...a na Japoncich bez rychlejsiho otaceni vezi je to taky na h...ty zivoty teda taky nemam. Dal sem tam rucni AA pac Zao ma 40% AA DPS ve 100mm kanonech, ale demoltion expert nebo ATF je taky lepsi nez tech par zivotu navrch.

Nepozorovane muzes strilet nad 15km co sem tak vypozoroval, ale jak rikas zaplava torpedoborcu to vetsinou znemoznuje.

I dont thing the Mogami needs range buff. 155mm turret traverse will be much more usefull. Anyway concealment making this ship special and when used correctly is still very strong!

Sonar got every cruisers and USN and Russian get also radar! better armament??? Only better HE shells but AP have less penetrating power except Zao and turrets and RoF is slower!

Dont forget the radar has 4min cooldown premium version and duration 30-40s so if you get 2 CA equiped with it per side is the worst scenario! Because USN will loose fighter plane for the radar! I dont think the radar will have really strong impact to DD play! -
If German got better sonar, USN and Russian will get radar, IJN will get something else too make every branch diffrent and usefull.

Akizuki would be competitive in tier 10 but diffrent way then other DDs. It was designed as a AA destroyer. It should be equipped with AA barrage consumable with high rate of guns good concealment and should use Zao F3 type torpedos for example. There is a lot of option how make the ship suitable for the game. Takao will be in the game as regular ship certainly in the future. Atago was made special for premium purpose so Takao should be like other IJN cruisers without repair party with 4RPM, slower turret rotation with better AA then Atago with option of Maya hull with additional 127mm AA guns with one 203mm turret less. -
Atago has 16s reload and Ibuki 15s but Mogami has faster turret traverse then others except Atago.

I play Mogami now more often because I dont like easy mod:-) only issue is slow turret rotation of 155mm gun turrets. They should bring it to 40s as it was before 0.5.1. it will be still aroud 34s with expert marksman. I playing full concealment spec which is amazig in this ship! So range isnt too inportant for me and honestly 500m doesnt cange anything.

I hope that Tone wont be nerfed to tier 6. It was one of the finest crusiers of WW2! Im looking forward to this ship is my favorite.

Hi there is a lot of threads about myoko so read them. Kepp distance from BBs, plan forward, stick with team, use HE most of the time, dont show broadside even slightly, turn against incoming shells if possible (is more efectivethen opposite) Cheers:-)

Shima got 15/20km range but try hit something from that range! Every one think its hit by torpedo attack is simple. Im playing Kagero and Im trying launch torpedos under 10km from my target to lower the time of travel and trying predict what might the target do. You may have luck and catch bunch of enemy in torpedo spread but its rare. Gunboats will be probably effected more but there will be SN or USN cruisers ready with radar whole battle!

Tak ono je asi vic veci ktere by mohli udelat jinak. Schopnosti podle trid by zas koplikovalo presouvani kapitanu a cviceni na premiovych lodich. Byl sem na PTS a problem s lagy sem nemel a popisek mi pride srozumitelny nevim co bys tam chtel vic?:-)

Thats true. Im always struglling penetrate German cruisers citadel. Volumes of armor in the port is worth nothing if you dont know the armor model of the ship. Pensacola is easy to penetrate but USN cruisers has very good manueverability and AP penetration. Mogami should be easily penetrated now even if angled and from longer distace because has very weak armored deck. Ibuki, Atago even Myoko feels better but it might be subjective.
