It's a [edited] system and you know it. There's 0 reason not to give 50 000 doubloons to someone who bought 50 000 doubloons with 100% cashback. We are talking about less than 1000 doubloons which means nothing. But cheap [edited]WG would rather withhold it than get on communities good side. It's small things like this that make WG a trash little company.

He is saying: "you just splashed 150€ on wows, are you crazy?"
-
It wasn't the CV rework it won't be the subs. If I'm gonna quit wows it will be cos of the incapable players.
-
I love how not only he is clueless but also rude to anyone not agreeing with him.
-
Dunno why I expected an actual joke. My day is ruined.
-
Why would I? Boosters/Bonuses are there to be used

It's burning.... but not credits

I got two thumbs up from @Dark_Meta_ Did I turn into a WG shill? What is going on?
-
And I'm reminding you there are OTHER GAMES OUT THERE. If wows dies from player inactivity It won't be the first or last to do so. It seems we are going in circles here so instead of "hello" i bid you fair well.

I hope you are not the one pouring a lot of money in cos you are being robbed. Anyway, my stance on this might come as a surprise but when It comes to F2P games I really, how to say this, don't care (or care as much) how they do it. The game is free, I can pick it up, spend hundreds of hours in it and never pay a cent. Or I can open my wallet and "reward" them if I think the game is good or being developed the right way. Thats something I do with Apex legends for example. That's something I did with WOWS. I care more for balance and overall enjoyment of the game than how they milk money from whales and regular players. Now, If I were to pay 50-60€ for it, and they pull some heavy lootbox/paywall monetisation on top I would be pissed (FIFA titles for example). EDIT: Forgot to say "Hello"

Hello? I would like to remind you life won't end if WOWS dies. Thank you Bye

This is a good point. Thank you for allowing it. Not a weebo, don't play them. I compared WOWS with another WG title, which is a much fairer comparison in my opinion. And WOWS is miles, at least was, infront of WOT. Theres a game I play called Apex legends. Which also has a battle pass. In Apex legends if you buy a premium battle pass, through 100 levels you can earn enough premium credits to unlock next season battle pass. And so on on so on. In essence, if you are active enough you only need to buy first BP season, every next one is free. THAT is a generous offer but I can hardly compare WG with Respawn interactive. You can play WOWS with 0 money invested as well. Something I do on my NA acc on which i have premium ships, premium days and doubloons even tho I never spent a penny.

Didn't know you can get players in lootboxes

Battlepass "issue" Is blown out of proportion. From the start wows was waaay too generous for a F2P game. Over the years we got so many good free stuff, it's ridiculous. Just compare it to WOT, where you even loose credits if you play anything above tier 6. Obviously WG is losing profit on WOWS since player numbers are dwindling. I just wish they address the issue of why they are losing money instead on more ways to milk the player base. Or maybe battle pass is just WG way of drawing our attention away from subs.

I'm not pleased with subs, cvs, early access ships locked behind pay wall, consistent bugs that are not being fixed, the way WG treats community....... I'm not pleased with many things WG does. But battle pass is ok with me. You don't want to pay? Ok, don't pay. Nothing changes for those that are playing WOWS as a F2P game. But if whales want to pump even more money into WOWS, let them. I don't care. Could battle pass be more generous? Probably, yeah. But like I said, it doesn't bother me at all.

Looking at the chart Flamu showed in his vid, EU is bleeding over 1k avg each year. 14.7k players in 2020 (covid year), 13k players in 2021 (also covid kind of) to 11.9k players this year (including transfers from CIS, so the numbers would be even lower) Thing is, what Flamu mentions, once the game hits critically low mass, number will plummet "over night". Once MM starts struggling to create decent matches, ppl will just get up and leave in mass. Same thing happened to Titanfall 2 back in the day. WOWS is bleeding hard and instead of patching holes, WG is continuing to stab it over and over again.

I'm fine even if they decide to do this with every premium ship. WOWS if a F2P game and money has to come from somewhere. Those who can't wait, pay up, those that can will wait and get it for free/ingame resources. Nothing wrong there.

As long as I remember there was high interest among clans to participate. Clans applied early not to miss the spot and waiting lists were used. It's sad to see such a decline of interest. Don't you think that healthy game would improve the state of competitive scene? There's quite a few players I know that only play wows when there are clan battles and/or KOTS. They don't bother with anything else. Dunno if you are a football fan but imagine having players/teams that only play champions league as they find domestic league boring, uninteresting. Fair answer. Thank you!

my Fing god. 4 minutes into the game, dude is sailing under 3 enemy ships, without being spotted, without taking any dmg even tho a ship is dropping charges above him and slapping that Alaska dead..... Anyone with a sane mind would look at this and say "right, this is not fun, remove them"
-
Ships being sold for money first then ingame resources later is something I personally am fine by.
