Finishing the RN cruiser line, I must say Fiji was my favorite ship in it. Edin and Neptune were painful grind but Mino is a lot of fun.

The more I play it the dirtier I feel. Never looked at WOWS as a pay to win game. Premium ships were well balanced in my opinion. Sure, there are some really strong ones but OP? Not really. Enters loyang. My god that thing is a beast.

Mediocre at best. Kidd and giulio c. take the number one spot this year in my opinion.

CE is primary choice as 4th skill on all my ships, be it DD, CL/CA or BB

I love new operation. It's too easy even, much rather would prefer a tougher one. Also I love the fact it's tier 7, there are some awesome ships at that tier.

Bigger smoke screen is definitively not useless as bigger smoke screen allows you to move more inside the smoke making you harder to hit. Also, bigger smoke screen can cover more of your allies. I've got jack of all trades, smoke and adrenalin rush on my RN cruiser captian. My captain build is in my first post in this topic.

Yeah... because it's fun having team full of unicoms or really good above 60% WR players run over team of potatoes every time. It's all fun and games after all, right? I would like to have around 50%, give or take, win chance every time I join the match. I don't care about my WR or yours or anyone else, i don't care how much dmg I've done i don't care how many ships i kill or will i get the kraken or not... I want equal chance of win for you and for me, and for anyone joining the game... and let the best team win. It's no fun watching Real Madrid crush Getafe every time just cos they bought all the best players. It's more enjoyable to watch two equally good teams with equally good players outsmart each other.

CE is valuable even on IJN BBs to shorten that ridiculously high detection range. I have it on all my ships be it DD, CL or BB and I find it highly useful.

If you have Jack Dunkirk, Jack of all trades or smoke screen is also a good option for a second skill. But yeah, that's basically it, best 10 point build for Fiji (RN CL in general)

Mate, RN cruisers are the one that hunt DDs and airplanes. not the other way around. Again, hardly. Easy to citadel, easy to kill it with one good salvo. Smoke is not a magic barrier that prevents shells from hitting you. You can't be more wrong there. I find it funny how literally everyone that has more games than you tells you you should have concealment expert on a cruiser, any ships that is, and you still think it is debatable.
