I just stopped reading after this line. Thing is, wows will be ( I would say is) "ruined", for us, players that sticked with it for long time. But there are new players coming each day, which dunno how things were. How good or bad was it before they joined. They will replace veterans, become veterans themselves, after some time, start bitc*ing on forums, see it leads no where, give up, and new players will replace them. And round and round we go. Games like war thunder, WOT, WOWS, they don't die.

You don't have to be clairvoyant to see what effect CVs have on any tactical game play. Anyone with a grain of salt in their head knew it will be terrible, anyone but WG.

It is quite absurd actually, when you think about it. WG said only , what, 5% (it was some absurdly low number) of player population is actually playing clan battles. Why not tailor that Clan battles according to those players wishes? Why not have any format, including/excluding any ship, those 5% want? I mean, if those 5% in majority asked for no CVs, why force it on them? It's not like it's affecting all of the player base. It's only affecting those that actually want to play CBs.

It has nothing to do with WG this time, but I hate this. Every game these days need its own launcher, it's ridiculous. Stupid bloatware, doing nothing, except sucking your resources.

I can only presume servers were always running on low tick rate considering WOWS is not highly popular game and WG wants its costs as low as possible. Given the current COVID situation and increase in player numbers it's cheaper and easier to further lower the tick rate than to invest in server capacity.

And I stole it from some random dude on reddit But I think it's a good idea and how RB should have been from the start. Put in cosmetics, flags and camos, insignias, patches, historical captains (without special skills but with shell tracer for example), something players can use to show off. But at the same time it wouldn't be something you must do to stay competitive.

I can't argue with that. New content is always better than recycled one. I'm just saying I can see recycled having it's purpose as well.

I personally don't mind the "reset mechanic" (or however someone calls it) as a concept. As long as it gives you something to do. If it keeps you entertained. In other game that I love and play, Elite dangerous, You can reset your account completely and start over. Players used it once they unlocked everything, with billion credits on their acc. with nothing left to buy or do. I've done it as I loved the struggle that was early game. In Wows I've done multiple resets of lines, I'm sitting on about 80k RP. Why? Cos I've grinded all the lines and got most of the leg modules. What else is there to do? What I don't like is the rewards WG decided to put in. In my opinion they should have been purely cosmetical. So you don't feel obligated to regrind lines. Perma camos would be much better reward for NTC..i mean... RB
