    i quite like the post-buff mutsuki, fully upgraded it gets really good AA for a destroyer, helps a lot when hunting carriers (as they often spam torpedo bombers at me), as well as being able to add that AA power to my allies, having only 2 guns is annoying but at least they have a much better turn time than the other IJN destroyers. would be nice if they could decrease the reload time for the torpedoes but other than that i consider it to be quite a unique DD. im actually keeping it for now (got the hatsuharu yesterday)
