the whole system of SC dropping was changed...the containers from Community Trophies fill the bar as the 'normal' daily containers, so one needs 67 containers to fill the bar (and get the SC somewhere in this process)... so you had much luck in the past...

the missions for the live server were published already some time ago and no sub-only missions were listed...

wobei es bei dem Thread ja um den eigenen WoWS-Geburtstag geht, wo es in der Vergangenheit die schönen weissen Camos mit den Breitbandboni gab (die natürlich vom Rework betroffen sind). Hier geht es aber um den 'persönlichen Geburtstag', die Sachen dabei (2 SCs, 7 Tage Premium, Coupon) sind ja nicht direkt vom Rework betroffen...und zumindest am 18.7., also schon nach dem Rework, gab es diese gewohnten Geburtstagsgeschenke auch noch:

that's not necessary, the only requirement for a reset is that the Tier X is reserached. For example it was possible to receive the Bismarck through an event/missions/... If a player received the Bismarck this way and had no German tech tree BBs before, he could research Friedrich der Große and Preussen and then reset the line, alhough all Gneisenau, Bayern, .... weren't researched a this time. And in such a case only Bismarck and above would give Research points, not the lower tiers. (Sure, not the reason in your case, but it could have been) no, usually directly after the match

you should have even more RB points, because you also get some for the tier 5 ship... One possibility: Did you had the tier 6 DD researched before the reset? Or did you start the line on a higher tier because you received a higher tier ship during an former event?

did you make this screenshots ingame or in an external browser like firefox? Because from my experience opening this page in a normal browser often shows wrong numbers...
