no it is not. There was (is?) a workaround to use a steam installation of the game with a normal account, but this workaround will not allow to buy stuff via steam etc edit too late

it seems you don't understand the obvious...if those missions were prolonged from 31.12.2019 to 31.12.2020 right now, nobody would notice it because the year is not shown ingame. So there has to be an "intermediate step"...

imho this is not a problem, but a necessary step. Those modules were meant to be sidegrades, not upgrades. And the Yamato is a perfect example where this is not the case. A ship that is usually played from quite a distance does not suffer from an decreased turret rotation, so the module for the Yamato is in fact an upgrade...

and you travelled forward in time to check that it will not be prolonged again? Or how do you know about the "broken promise"?
