Still, the auto-drop misses by a lot. If it was basically auto-aim, then it would be stupid. It's nice to do 50% damage to DDs with one drop though.

I decided to buy it already... Initial impressions: 2-2-0 sucks rear. Did two battles with those first and the 2x3 TBs are way too weak to have any impact on the battle. The remaining 2x3 fighters are too few to tie up and/or destroy strike configured CVs planes. 3-0-1 is a lot more useful. The huge DB squad do serious damage, more than the two TB squads, and is useful in more situations. The 3x3 fighters are now enough to engage most CV configurations. Had fun with the 3-0-1 and I'm looking forward to getting better with that setup.

Hmm... Hmmmmmm... This is a really difficult choice for me, if I should get her or not. I'm not really a CV player, but on the other hand I'm a collector. I'll probably not care whether it's balanced or not since my skill will be the limiting factor. Thankfully it's going to be on sale for long enough that I can sleep on it a few times before making a choice.

Back during the OBT I suggested they add some special modules for ships which are currently featured below top specifications. These modules would bump the tier of the ship while equipped and should probably be extra expensive. I'd love to have for example a final configuration Kongo at tier 6 with close to Yamato-level AA.

Nice to see some new mid tier premiums based on solid ships. Nothing too interesting, but very safe choices.

Land of Fire is one of my favorite maps. It has something for every ship class, just like Trap. Two Brothers is easily the worst.

BB accuracy isn't an issue, RNG is. Straddle a BB at 10km or 2 citadels on a maneuvering CA at 20km. Just a dice roll.

Considering that most of your random battles are in tier 1 I would recommend that you spend some time playing onward into the later tiers before you pass judgement. Regarding the prices of premium ships, they are completely fine. They span a very large price range, so there is something for everyone. Whether you want to spend 10€ or 50€ that's up to you.

If people checked the average damage stats of ships, then we wouldn't have all these moronic "discussions".

Difficult to choose only one, but for sure the Tirpitz is one of them. I love the Tenryo at tier 3. I also ended up really liking the Lo Yang.

Tier 8 is actually pretty balanced. The CVs are really only a problem at the far ends of the tier spectrum. At tier 8 the only real issues are the Buki and the NO. They need some love. NO being a pretty crappy cruiser all things considered and the Buki having to face the meanest group of DD hunting DDs.

Here's a tip for gaming in general: If you're having difficulties with something, in the vast majority of cases there's nothing wrong with it, it's just you. Adapt and overcome. I'll give you that carriers are probably not exactly where they should be as they still receive sweeping changes in almost every patch. But they are not even close to as big of a problem as you make them out to be. For destroyers I'll just say that you're completely wrong. You can look at it objectively right now and compare average DD damage to any other ship. Even at tier 10 where the dreaded Shimakaze lives it's still dead last in average damage done, only performing better than two tier 10 ships... the other two DDs.

This is one of those things that makes about as much sense as citadel penetrations using AP doing more damage than citadel penetrations using HE.

Run without mods until new ones for the latest patch has been released.

I never press the "OK" button on those messages as it doesn't close the process. I just open up the Task Manager as fast as possible to kill the process and restart so I can get back in. The alternative is to wait for the game to finish doing whatever it is doing after you press the "OK" button before you can re-launch the game. When a game you've made stops working, it is your top priority not to further annoy your customer by interrupting their game play more than you've already done. That's my tip of the day to WG.

I have no idea what you're on about here. You push beyond the cap point for no reason at all and then whine about your team mates who are actually in the cap and holding it. If you have problems with teammates who never try to take cap points, then I can relate. This on the other hand is just you being stupid. You clearly have problems distinguishing between situations where you can go aggressive and where you can't. Read the battle and act accordingly.
