    Why would you not? DDs would love every BB to be secondary, yoloing into to suicidal ranges 8-11km ranges to get their secondaries firing. Secondaries may be fun but they are not very effective and not every hull is well suitied to it. If every BB was able to extend secondaries to viable ranges then the superior BBs would be the ones that could actually survive at those ranges, which the Yamato hull does not. It's citadel is too high and large to risk being flanked, the guns turn way too slow to react to targets at these ranges, the ship itself moves too slowly and has poor rudder shift time so it reacts to changes slowly, its dispersion is the worst of all BBs at ranges of 11km and less (or 7km, theyve been changing the dispersion). For the ship with what will be the biggest guns in the game it should really be designed around main guns, not secondaries. It will be a terrible secondary ship without significant changes (like the differences between Georgia and Iowa, or Massa and Bama). It should be an IJN Thunderer not an IJN Ohio. And I'm going to link my own analysis of the secondaries (and AA) of the ship although this was pre IFHE rework, as the 100mm Type 98s now get 30mm of penetrate base, but was back when her secondary range was 7.0km.

    This change would be more substantial if the german DDs had good HE with which to penetrate 32mm plating in the first place. Imo, what the german DDs needed is repair party or HP closer to Harugumo. Their HE is gimped by DPM, regardless of pen this does nothing to improve it against enemy DDs. Their AP is gimped by lacking penetration values and standard ricochet angles. Their Torps are gimped by their below average damage, average range and only ever having x8. Their survivability is gimped by below average smoke, average HP, average speed, lack of repair party. Their only redeeming features are the hydro and the rare chance to apply AP DPM that is already matched by Daring.

    Check for windows updates and driver updates first of all, and the monitor your GPUs temperature as well as it's load. If it's running at 90% load while idle but at a comfortable 30-40° then it's more likely that it is reporting a lower amount of maximum load so the little processing it is doing seems like more as a percentage. Monitor it for performance or temperature problems.

    Grozovoi, Tashkent, Khaba, Podvoisky 700m, Minsk 690m, Kiev 690m, Leningrad 690m, Okhotnik 730m, Neustrashimy 700m I said around 700m, not >=700m. The next lowest turning circle is 610m. Whereas the rest. Storozhevoi 490m, Derzki 510m, Izyaslav 580m are all too low tier to have any real identity, they can't torp beyond 4km and they don't have 130mm guns, Ognevoi and Udaloi are torp centric and have 610m turning. Gnevy 610m and Gremy 550m are the only gunboats with turning below 690 and the only reason Gremys is 550m is probably because its old and broken af. It is not Grozovoi that is the exception among the RU DDs, it is ognevoi and udaloi who both focus on torps because ognevois guns are terrible and udaloi has 15 of them.

    Yes because obviously instead of making DDs strong in different ways the best option is to make them all the same... And also worse in every other way. Naturally, it is a tier lower, but Grozovoi has some massive advantages. And Khaba line DDs get 3 heals, not 2, because they have 3 consumables, not 5. The benefit to Ognevoi and Udaloi is for new players grinding the line as they will find the consumables of the tier 8, 9 & 10 to be the same. SI was always mandatory, it is mandatory on all DDs that have heal because none of them have more than 3. Grozovoi handling doesn't need "fixing", it is pretty normal for RU DDs with guns that actually work to have ~700m turning, especially when it also has smoke and heal and goes 45knts during engine boost and has ballistics beaten only by Kleber and Khaba and penetration beaten only by Kleber. Neither of those rivals in terms of gun handling have better turning and neither of them get smoke.

    These all look the same to me other than the slot 6 upgrade? But personally I run my Georgia like this; Upgrades MAM1 in slot 1 because even as secondary spec you suffer a lot more from a knocked out main turret than any secondaries. DCM1&2 in slots 2 and 4 should be standard on most BBs. You could put Engine Boost Mod here if you really wanted to as Georgia is one of the 180s engine boost ships in the game, meaning Engine Boost Mod increases the duration from 3 minutes to 4½ minutes. SBM1 in slot 3 provides some of the necessary range for the secondary build. CSM1 in slot 5 provides the invaleauble concealment reduction and the dispersion penalty adds a little to survivability. APRM2 in slot 6 is a very powerful mod, dispersion bonuses are very powerful and although Georgia already has quite good dispersion for a BB she does only have 6 shells to fire. But unlike other BBs, she doesn't need to sacrifice the dispersion mod of slot 3 to get the secondary mod, because US dispersion mod is this slot 6 one. Even in a good game, you can still reach much further with your main guns and will deal a significant amount of your damage with them. You will not always be able to safely engage at secondary range. Dispersion mod is the most useful mod in slot 6, even for secondaries. Skills, in this order PT is a valuable skill, providing intel that is often otherwise unavailable which can help inform your decisions. EM helps Georgia turn her guns, which are some of the slowest of any secondary BB. SI helps keep Georgia alive with an additional repair party, a consumable that Georgia can use every 66s and a 4th Engine boost for those 15min+ games. AFT further extends Georgias secondary range closer to its maximum, a necessity for an effective secondary build. ManSec enhances Georgias already improved secondary battery dispersion to be very precise and enables to select a particularly desired target to focus secondary fire on. DE increases secondary fire chance from their base 5% to 7%, a 40% increase. The US 127mm secondaries are, nowadays, not very good at causing raw damage. But their rate of fire and fire chance make them quite capable fire starters. I consider it optimal to enhance this aspect of the battery rather than aiming to improve their raw dpm. AR increases the rate of fire of both main and secondary guns as you lose health, a signficant increase in exchange for your health, especially for a ship that is difficult to citadel and has good control of its HP thanks to fast reloading heals. Properly abusing this skill with repair party management can be quite difficult, but even just benefitting from it naturally is highly effective use of 2 skill points. Stuff I didn't recommend I did not take BFT because, as above, I believe it is best to enhance the secondaries fire starting ability. And although increased rate of fire does result in increased fires started, DE does a better job of increasing the rate that you start fires. You could choose to take both BFT and DE for maximum fire starting, sacrificing SI means losing 1 entire repair party worth of potential HP. I did not take IFHE for two reasons. Firstly, the benefits of IFHE means only increasing the penetration of the 127mm guns to 26mm instead of 21mm. 21 is fine for any ships superstructure and any DD except Khaba as well as a few CL plating like Smolensk and the Minotaur line. The 26mm you gain from IFHE lets you pen bow/stern plating on some tier 8-10 cruisers, tier 7 BBs and the central armor of tier 7 CAs. However, you overmatch all of this with your main guns anyway and the bow/stern are not often struck by secondaries as they aim for the center of the ship. A very small percentage of your shell hits will benefit from the added penetration. Secondly, in exchange for that penetration you are losing 2.5% of your fire chance. This is what I would do, with justification. It may not neccessarily be the best build available, I am sure some would dispute it, but this is my suggestion.

    Seems to me that you are stuck. Although you could resolve the issue yourself with a new email address I think it is unreasonable for WG to require you to do so to close the account, but otherwise the request is beyond you. I am going to ping @MrConway @Crysantos as they may be able to review the tickets you have submitted and find a resolution for you. And if you have not already provided the 17 digit Steam ID associated with the account then I would add that information to your ticket.

    Theres not a lot of skill involved in the AP bombs and their impact is so substantial that they render audacious and midway irrelevant in the current competitive meta. And audacious is not better than haku in recent or overall random stats. http://maplesyrup.sweet.coocan.jp/wows/ranking/index.html Shows that over the last 10 months on EU haku has been the strongest of the 3 CVs, especially in damage where it is frequently ~10% higher damage than its rivals and both ships still beat Midway despite recent buffs.

    If you don't have a free email address to complete the registration then I am not sure how else you can proceed. You can contact WG support again and ask them to delete the account associated with your steam ID? I don't think you as a player can do anything unless you have an available email address required to fully enable the account and access the account management. But I'm not sure if you're actually deleting anything.

    Versatile DDs with mutliple consumables is the basis of the line, why do you think spreading the grozovoi cconsumable selection to the two preceeding DDs is making them worse somehow? It makes sense that Ognevoi and Udaloi are lower tier versions of Grozovoi that they have more in common. Grozovoi is more of a gunboat than Udaloi and it is significantly better at that, with up to 50% more RPM for more DPM and fires as well as better ballistics and AP performance, as well as having 1.2-1.6km better concealment, better torps now that udalois torp speed and reload is nerfed, along with the natural increases in AA performance (with Groz having AA that is actually worth pressing DFAA for) and HP. All that Udaloi has going for it by comparison is a 3rd launcher and tigher turning (with a slower rudder).

But you cannot log in to that WG account via https://eu.wargaming.net/id/signin and using the steam button on the right which only requires your steam credentials? If you can, just go to account management, data protection and delete account.

    They did it guys, balance has finally been achieved. I thought it was wierd it had 4km hydro. Though, not sure it needed the buff... More specifics on this change would be appreciated. The RU DD changes seem reasonable I suppose, makes the tier 8 and 9 more similar to Grozovoi, adds some consistency.

    They are usually sold in bundles for limited periods. Sometimes, some of them are made available as mission rewards. We know a new set of Azur Lane collab content is upcoming, probably within the next month or two, we just don't know exactly what (other than a possible small hint at a premium italian BB called AL Littorio). It will just be a matter of waiting.

    It is not less accurate beyond 15km, you just think it is. Regardless of your experience that is untrue. Just because you remember some examples of bad dispersion does not mean the dispersion is worse. The dispersion ellipse defines the maximum distance a shell can deviate from where you aimed. It is a hard limit and reducing the size of the dispersion area only makes shells more accurate, it is not possible for it to have the opposite effect.

    As Pete explained, Kaga is a premium and is not part of the tech trees regular ships, she does not lead to any other IJN CVs. The exp you earn on Kaga can only be converted into free exp at a cost of dubloons. You could then use the free exp to progress any ship you like, such as the IJN carriers, but you will still need to start from the bottom of the tree and work your way up. Since converting exp on ships into free exp is very inefficient (25 exp per dubloon) it is typically better to simply grind the carrier line normally.

    Because for a ship like yamato that can penetrate so many ships from so many angles the best stat it can possibly gain is dispersion. If it was able to place all shells exactly where it wanted every shot it could probably win most games single handedly. But IJN BBs have better horizontal dispersion than all other BBs, except Thunderer and Mikasa, starting from 11km and that advantage only increases at longer distances. Compared to other BBs their dispersion is the best for long range and Yamatos mod only makes it better. Where IJN dispersion lacks is vertical dispersion, but this grows at the same rate as other BBs so again, the further away the target the less significant this different becomes. The mod is only for secondary spec, if you had MBM3 equipped and switched to the lego mod you would; -3% reload time on main guns -15% reload time on secondary guns +6% gun traverse speed and all you lose is 8% range. This mod enables you to play a secondary spec GK with main guns that still compete with other tier 10s in terms of reload speed (or infact faster than most other t10s if you run the 406s) with better gun traverse for close quarters than if you did run reload mod and a 15% boost to secondary reload speed which is close to the 20% bonus of AAM2 and all you lose is 1.6km range, which is not much for a secondary spec BB who would be playing with the intention of getting into 11km of their enemy when the time is right. It is quite a powerful mod overall. You are outranged by your above examples no matter what you do. If you play in to a "4-7km murder zone" you are misplaying anyway. Even in a ship like GK you can still use concealment to remain undetected and use terrain to make an approach with cover, you are not going to get in to every fight across vast open space with an enemy DD within 14km of you at all times. I use the mod on my GK, which is full secondary spec with Lutjens. I run it secondary because I have enough survivability spec BBs to pass up the opportunity to run one of the only viable platforms for secondaries and secondaries are fun. But, it can be quite effective too, GK still holds my base exp record of 3567 base exp.
