    It's only designed for premium ships but I suppose you could always log a ticket and ask? But you will lose 10% of the credit value and you'll probably make more of a loss on the credits/dubs you spent because of any mounted equipment.

    As an observation, R-10 is equipped with BL-109A 130mm guns, the same guns and mounts found as Stalingrad secondaries.

    The KM are not the only german navy represented in wows and even though no KM ships were named Odin or Aegir or Siegfried there were ships of the Imperial German Navy with these names, and when WG picks names for premiums they seem to prefer to take them from the name of older dreadnoughts, protected cruisers and such, like Thunderer, Yoshino, Yashima, Shikishima, Siegfried, Odin and Aegir.

    Don't forget Odins 305mm guns can't overmatch 26mm like the 380mm guns on ships like Bismarck, Gneisenau etc can either.

    I listed the 3 sources of floods, torpedos, torpedo bombers and ramming, of which only the torpedos benefit from the flag. No BB has torpedo bombers and very few have torps. The reason the flag is not recommended for BBs is two reasons; Firstly the added fire chance which does technically benefit the BB HE shell is only a fractional increase. For a ship with a fire chance of 5% or 7% or 12%, particularly if it relies on HE as it's primary ammo type, a 0.5% increase to fire chance can be quite a lot. The DDs t8 Akizuki, t9 Kitakaze and t10 Harugumo have a 5% fire chance and often take the IFHE skill reducing this to 2.5%. For them, a 0.5% increase in fire chance increases the number of fires they might expect to start by 20%, which is well worth using. Their rate of fire is very high and their fire chance is very low. Most BBs on the other hand are the opposite of this, with naturally very high fire chance anywhere from 30-63% and very low rate of fire, a 0.5% increase for such a ship will be unnoticable. But, technically, you still benefit. Secondly, however, is the fact that you're still limited to 8 combat signals and most other signals provide more benefit to a BB than this. Infact I think that the JWU flag is the worst option, followed by IX and VL, on the majority of BBs. The only BBs I would really recommend you run these flags on are secondary spec BBs who use their secondaries more for starting fires than for their raw penetration damage, such as Massa, Georgia and Ohio.

    This seems incorrect. Odin has a medium aura that currently does 336dps as stated but long range AA dps increased from 249 to 258? It is currently 74 dps not 249, this change would give her medium aura a combined 591 dps? And repeating the values in the first and third sentence makes this seem like a typo. But I don't know where the 249 to 258 is even coming from, none of her auras or her flak do damage in this range.

    The flag increases the chance of causing flooding by an additional 15% and works for all sources of flooding. For example, a ship torpedo launched by t6 DD Shinonome has a flood chance of 240%. With the flag, the chance is 255%. If you wonder why the flood chance is so high, it is because your chance to flood a target is reduced to 1/3rd when it hits torpedo bulge space on a ship, and then further reduced by the torpedo protection value of the target and further reduced if the target has the DCM1 upgrade. This means that hitting a ship with 40% torpedo protection and DCM1 in the bulge would result in 240% flood chance being reduced to 46.1% chance to flood (240 * 0.33 * 0.6 * 0.97). Hitting a ship without a bulge in the bow or the stern would be the full flood chance. It is worth noting that all ships except destroyers have a torpedo protection region on them even if in port it says they have no torpedo protection under survivability, this means they still benefit from the 0.33 modifier to damage and flood chance. For an example of an aerial torpedo, t6 DD Ark Royal from 45% to 60%. The only other way to cause a flood is ramming, however the chance to flood with a ram attack is 100% if the ram does more than 10% of its maximum hp in damage. Why does the flag list the flooding chance and aerial flooding chance separately when it means exactly the same? No idea.

    I think US DD split have been hinted at by WG alongside the US DD graphics update but couldnt say its a definite. In terms of the actual structure of the tech tree, the only things likely to lead from a DD line would be other DD lines, CVs and potentially SS lines. BB lines are only likely to ever have other BB lines lead off of them. I think there is zero chance of any of these types of vessel, with carrier sub being extremely unlikely but technically possible. The other types of ships simply do not have any hope of existing and succeeding in the game alongside the existing ship types. Of the standard ships ones I personally would only keep Podvoisky, Emile Bertin, Pyotr Velkiy and New York, personally. Again, personal prefence Kamikaze, Belfast, Mutsu, Hill, Sims, Boise, Atlanta, Indianapolis, Molotov, T-61, Nelson, Ark Royale, Dunkerque, Haida, in no particular order, some are definitely strong than others (Kmkz, Belfast, Haida, T-61, Sims).

    No Replay for Riposte map?

    Didn't watch it all the way through but the replay definitely works. Try it with both the 32 and 64 bit clients found in \World_of_Warships_EU\bin32\WorldOfWarships32.exe and \World_of_Warships_EU\bin64 \WorldOfWarships64.exe See if anything changes. If it still wont work, you might need to either repair or reinstall the client if you don't get any more specific errors to help isolate the cause.
