changing the ifhe pen from +25% to +26% since then you could have the option to pen the 27mm plating with 127mm secondary guns on bbs with ifhe wich you were able to prior to the ifhe change. 127/6*1,3=27,51 wich would round up to 28 then you get a -1 to that value beacause thats how that worked back then and you would pen 27mm plating. currently its 127/6*1,25=26,45 wich allows you to pen 26mm plating with them but its not worth using due to the thing that most cruisers have 27mm plating thus rendering them vastly less useful than prior to the update. if the ifhe pen would change to +26% then 127mm secondary guns with ifhe would be able to pen 27mm and they would give american, japaneese and french bbs a more viable alternative with secondary builds rather than going with tanking builds
