I'm having the same issue , just completed the EXP and take X amount of money mission , both should have awarded a navy containers (as the reward itself says , and also in the previous stage those we're the same mission giving the containers) , but didn't get any container :/

I got my first supercontainer! after a lot of 5x of flags , this one gave me 3000 doubloons , really nice ^^
