Many of us are just before 260 due to starting the project R late and not noticing there was a weekly mission set along the fixed package of missions. Originally the whole project end date for Project R was 24 of February. The community managed to gather 10millon pearls way earlier than this but this should not be a reason to end the whole project at 10million because the end date was 24. (just click the project R on the game launcher and see bottom line where it says event end) Most community based events of this type in other games, let you gather beyone the number mark and up to the end date of the event. But you didnt. I was expecting at least one more week of weekly missions for project r, yet you stopped the event exactly at 10million. You never mentioned such a mechanic at the project page, as it is completely irrelevant to how other events on other games work. (you stopped it prematurely because community reached the milestone instead of stopping it at 24Feb) Very good sportsmanship man, especially if you are putting a 260-1 gathered pearls player on the same cauldron as the 1 pearl player. Let's make some calculations Fixed Missions Pearl total : 65 Weekly missions total for 1 week : 57 Total weeks of event : 6 week resets = 6x possible weekly missions = 6x 57 = 342 Maximum pearls possible till 24 February = 65+342 When did the event end at 10million pearls , prematurely for my logic ? 14 February. so there were (from 18January) 4 WEEKS! only = So with the premature completion of the event (because WE WERE ALL VERY GOOD AT FARMING PEARLS, so we get punished for it) we could have gathered MAXIMUM 4x57 + 65 = 228+65=293. So they kinda made it that if you missed 1 week from start you wouldnt be able to gather 260 pearls. In fact i must have missed few days because due to reality i couldnt perhaps gather all weekly missions in 1 day (sunday for example). But this is not just about me This way, as i said, the players who farmed from day one were fine, however, the rest of the players who missed first week (BECAUSE THEY THOUGHT, EVENT ENDS AT 24 FEBRUARY, WE HAVE TIME TO GATHER 260PEARLS) got punished from their hard work because they gathered 10 million pearls 2 WEEKS EARLIER! (24 ends Tuesday, thats 2 week resets ) This is not good sportsmanship towards the community who did extraordinary effort to cover the pearls faster than intended. All i am requesting for all of us is to let us complete our effort for 260pearls by adding 1 more week of weekly missions AS IT SHOULD BE IN MY EYES at least, because you had event end date about 24 of February. Missing first week of event on a 6 week event shouldnt be restricting you for losing the 260pearl target.. That is my opinion and i think it is rational enough. It is a shame that some players who gathered 260-293 are negative to that.

About the players who are over 293, i guess it is possible they did one more weekly row at the start of the event? It all depends when WG was doing the weekly reset for the weekly missions. Plus an unstable influx of pearls from FB which it seems didnt work for all. Mr Ax3man Oh i am a good farmer, from the moment i noticed the event i didnt lose a single weekly pearl and i was feeling i am going fine considering it seemed i had 2 more weeks than i needed, as it said 24th February. "apparently you should not use the word "we" if you are complaining that you did not collect 260 in such a LONG time.." Well maybe you should think about the whole community that was farming pearls. Dont be arrogant because you made it just because you started it early (you are not a good farmer, you just started it at day 1). Things are pretty simple. Many many players played the project R and tried to complete the event for themselves. Bcause of that many players working for the project r missions, the 10million were gathered pretty fast, That doesnt mean that every player gathered 260 before 14th February. It just means that many players contributed. So this , as i said,(but i guess players who are LoL mentality dont get it), it is a typical example of bad event. A working community towards a goal has many members "punished" for contributing a lot, because the event was stopped earlier than the date mentioned because it gathered the materials FASTER. Because some of you went 100% possible doesnt mean that the event was done just by players like youbut also from casual players that might have missed some weekly missions per week or didnt press "join" accidentally and realized it later. They still contributed more than WG expected. Anyway it is not just about me, i am sure there are more out there who expected to complete the 260 in the following weeks and might have not even realized the event shutdown at 10million 2 weeks before the end date. It is just sad to see some posters bragging like they were the clever ones or something. Next time WG forces you to buy something you dont want but you are forced to, to be competitive, and you feel alone, well some replies here, are a reason for it.

No it didn't, at first page where it said "join the event" it clearly doesnt say "or 10million pearls":

So is there a chance the event will end at 24th February as mentioned, even if it goes above 10million pearls?

I started the event late, i am at 236 pearls, did 2times the weekly missions, if the event ends at 10million, i dont think it will reach 10million next week but this week, then i will be left at 236pearls. IF they keep going down to 24th, as they say at the mission time then i will get 260 next week
