The amount of XP and credits you receive when playing Tier VI ships in Operations has been increased for any Operations completed with 0–3 Stars, and has been reduced for Operations completed with 4–5 Stars. Could WG inform us how much the change is ?

Why is not the information on the "Time-zones are a problem sometimes: 7:00 UTC was scheduled end of Downtime which is 9:00 CEST (Paris-Berlin Time-Zone) but yes it's delayed as it seems." in the WGC ?

How will and can WG help the CC comply to the new rules ? I am not a CC and does not seek to be one but I enjoy the content. My fear is that the regulation will impact a lot of CCs and reduce the content available negatively both for WoWS ( Tanks too).
