WoWs .exe crashes , more often in DX11 ....it seams the textures and shaders have some bugs that lead to CTDs.

I have the same issues in the last three patches. Yesterday though a new kind of freeze came across. When battle started i had a black screen, game used my entire RAM and i could not get it closed for some time even with the "Task Manager". The game seams to draw "resources" from CPU and RAM when: 1: Too many islands in the battle 2: When too many torpedos are close to player's ship 3: Too many planes are attacking player's ship. 4: When zoom in/out aiming. I redused the quality of graphics to DX9 and FX to low but the issue continues. I asked many time WG stuff IF the game not aims only in late technology PCs because in the past there were not such many freezes in the game since its 1st open beta release.

I have posted it before for the last three patches but it seams no WG technical member ever reads about the game's problem. I load the game. When load the battle i need 2 more minutes to start playing (game freezed). FRAPS 2O PING 300ms Finally i start playing and 3 secs after the game freezes and after a minute sends me to LOG IN screen. I log in and load the battle and here what i see. Half of my team has loged out (see the empty dots) and easily killed. Same while i wai the game to load i got sunk without even see the battlle more than 3 secs. I asked the same question again and i ask it once more. IS WoWs a game for high performance PCs only now? IF YES tell us to uninstall it right now! IF NOT FIX THE DAMN GAME as it was 3 patches before (before you add DX 11 graphics). I have chosen DX 9 ones but the problem still exists because it not from graphics alone. While i tried to loged out permandly i got the Windows message "WoWs game does not respond"!!!!!!

My potato plays without a problem Attila Total War in maximum graphics in DX-11 , War Thunder and other "heavy" games. Before you post watch carefully the 1st picture that 5 teammates of mine are off line (empty dot) while the only cassualty of the other team is on line. So...LEARN not to offed people you do not know unless your parents tought you to be roud and barbaric. WG made an announcement since the 1st attempt of introdussing DX 11 graphics that may cause some issues. If my PC has the problem why it had none 2 patches ago? Why 5 others are off line the same time? If it was PC's problem then i would have a CTD (crash to desktop) and not a "return" to WoWs log in screen and the message that the game does not respond! SO CONCLUSION: 1ST Read posts carefully 2ND Learn to avoid being rude and impolite. EDIT IF you were not lazy enough to search the topics you would spot ATLEAST this with PCs better than mine:

Now that a British Destroyer has been made and imported to game can we hope a Hellenic Version of it with the long range british torpedos and german main guns and AA ones in October 28th that Greece entered WW2 and HELPED ALL ALLIES? Also now Dunkirk mission has been succefully created can we hope a similar event of the Evacuation of Commonwealth troops from Crete that could involve British cruisers, Destroyers, German planes and Italian cruisers as well? WG dev team seams to IGNORE that Soviet Union was SAVED by the Greeks -as Pravda mentioned in 1941- because delayed Barbarrosa campaign by SIX months! Why WG ignores Greece?

I would strongly advice you to READ your own country's history. I know that a defeat is never good for national pride but history is a number of facts that CAN NOT be changed. Ask your historians WHY ITALY gave Polla Cruiser to Greek navy agter WW2, what Delfino submarine DID in August 15th 1940, what happened to Jullia Devision in November 1940 and HOW MANY ITALIANS were saved by Greeks when Germans started executed your countrymen soldiers when Italy surendered in 1943! READ history...And yes comparing Italy with Greece IT WAS a David-Goliath duel in every aspect. That is why Mousolini and his staff underestimated the will of Greeks to fight back. So...it was not a destroyer that saved Soviet Union but a nation that honored its history and fought against all odds with two powerfull enemies and won respect. For the history -and related with WoWs-when the Italian Navy surendered to Lord Chuningam in 1943 that his flag ship was Warspite , Lord Chuningam denied their surrender and "adviced" them to surrender the a Greek Corvete that he had under his commands! So the entire Italian fleet surrendered to Greek navy's humble Corvete! The Greco -Italian war : Italy in the Greek campaign 1st phase used: 140000 men 463 planes against 79 Greek ones. 163 tanks against 0 Greek (Greece had no tanks untill captured 19 Italian ones). Greece had only 2 modern Destroyers but still managed with its ancient submarines to disrupt the Italian convoys from Italy to Albania. The Greek involvement in WW2 is huge that the last 3 years Greece demands Germany's war depts that UN calculated to 378 Billion Euros. Germany never paid pack those depts. Time that several countries managed to defend against Germany in the early stages of WW2: France 45 days Polland 35 days Belgium 18 days Yougoslavia 12 days Holland 5 days Danes 6 hours Greece (Operation Marita and operation Mercury) total 57 days while fighting Italy the same time. So before you post nonsence again I advice you to LEARN history not use blind nationalism! What about a Greek DD that fought in WW2? WG offers cloned ships but ignores historical ones like this that was unique in many aspets German guns and british ship and 8km british torpedos! Since when WG will ignore History?

Today 28th of Octomber Greece "celebrates" its entrance to WW2 after the Italian invasion. Greece's victory over Italian forces, forced Germany to delay Barbarossa campaign to invade Greece and save Italians. But WG alway IGNORES their WW2 allies! I saw PANASIAN cloned DD line but NO event DD of the Greece that was unique and historical and war active in WW2! Bravo WG for IGNORING history!

The game freezes while: Enemy planes are too close to ship and start their attack. Enemy torpedos are too close to ship. While aiming and ussing mouse while to try to zoom out of aiming. When a battle map has too many islands and ship goes to close to one of them. I downgraded graphics to DX 9 and more of the FX and islands ones but still game freezes when game engine is needed most! That way i can not avoid torpedos or bombs because those 10-15 secs of freezing are the most crusial. My 4 core PC with GTX-660 2GB and 4 GB RAM was enough for the game untill recently. IF WoWs is aiming only for modern PCs WG should make an announcement and tell us !

I had this reward for 1st time. But i had NO REWARD when the game was over (in the port) to collect. What reward that gives? Have I lost it some how because of a bug? It says something about containers but i recieved no container at all.

Last two patches sufair with constant disconnections while battle starts. Returning to LOGIN screen is too often and we lose the fun of game, battles, wins , signals consumables etc by others that are not that unforthune than us! Case 2 battle starts with huge ping and also we have game that does not respond. If will respond we have such funny things thanks to game server delays! Nottice that ship's speed! Case 3 ...Battle starts, disconection , windows message "game does not respond". Re login and same again! In the Fiji case i shoot no shots because my ship was steel and i had 3 DISCONECTIONS in a row loosing universary cammo and signals! I pointed out this problem in the previus patch but WG seams to IGNORE players bug reports!

One question... How is supposed that British Battleships will hit enemy cruisers when in tier 5-7 most cruisers (how strange all soviet ones) have longer gun range? Damn ...Those British should be idiots to build such aufull ships and Italians should be idiots to afraid to confront the old British battleships in Mediteranean. WG knows history better it seams.

New record right now... Load a battle...loads...disconection and return to login screen. 2nd attempt...Load game , 5 minutes to load battle (i saw the battle results from battle loading screen -1/3 of our team were disconected-, battle loads , disconected and return to login screen. 3rd attempt....battle loads fast....400 ping and LAG , 1 minute i tried to see my ship, ended up dead! Will WG fix thia damn game after this failed patch?????????? Who will refund my lost signals, cammos etc that lost over continushly disconections?

Today ...EVERY TIME I START a battle the game disconects me and returns to login screen! I log in, play the battle, chose a ship, i start a new battle and here comes the same again and again!

Why Kii and not that version of Fuso with same ammount of guns but also with 2 squadrons of aircrafts (that were a combination of battleships and aircraft carriers)??? ISE class battleships!

Yes but WG/WoWs created PANASIA with two clone ships but ignores historical or unique ships that played a role in WW2! For example: WG continues to IGNORE Greece's contribution to WW2 and I already made an easy sugestion ussing Galland DD as basis with german guns and long (8km) range british torpedos for Greece's entrance in WW2 that SAVED SOVIET UNION by delaying Barbarossa invasion by 6 months! This is the Greek Destroyer that WG has the materials to build in no time: A Galland's modified hull. 4 torpedo tubes with 8 kms range from British cruisers 4 single german 37mm AA guns 4 German guns INSIDE the british turrets! That way WG creates something historical, honors Soviet Union's message "You saved us", honor Churchil's quote "We used to say that Greeks fight like heros. Now we must say Heros fight like Greeks! 2 months is big enough time to make that honor. HONOR THOSE THAT ALLOWED YOU WITH THEIR SUCRIFISE to defend your selves! This ship could be a mini campaign reward ship like WG made such before and allow people LEARN some real history!

I have the most recent Nvidia graphics drivers -like the announcement sugests-! Here is what i get today!

Fact one : Its a game =true Fact two : It has to do with ships = true Fact three : It has many features that DO NOT fit with ships, battle physics or any sence of an arcade game based on somehow historical vehicles like ships. I explain: Question 1: How is it possible a captain to be able to determine how many chanches a HE shell has to ignite unless his is some kind of wizzard! Question 2: How is its possible someone to be able tp see through smoke and an other can not? Explain: Smoke was a refuge for light and fast ships to save them selves from bigger and stronger ships. Smoke was NEVER an ambush tool simply because even the crew in the ship used the smoke could not see through it either!!!!!!! Unless again someone on the crew is a wizzard! Question 3: How is it possible a torpedo loading time being smaller than a medium calliber gun shell? Question 4: How is it possible a ship with 500-1000 men crew with atleast 100 men watching the water arround the ship with binoculars not be able to see 60-100m long ships like Destroyers? Were they blind? Or destroyers had a wizzard like the one above that made them blind? Question 5: How is it possible longer burrel and biger caliber guns to have smaller range than smaller guns anyway? You found new physics laws or you simply transfered the artilery to 80's were Austria created the 1st 155mm gun with bigger range than a 203mm one ? Does WoWs relies on 1980's discoveries? Conclusion: 1: Do not become World of Tanks that made tanks disapear not by their size but by their class (that 90% are wrong placed). 2: Fix the spottng system in more "physical ways". 3: Unless you can not make torpedo numbers on board limmited make their loading times more "realistic". 4: If you do not want to remove the over penetration feature from big calliber guns to destroyers then add a damage to that according to the overpenetration section. A shell that makes a hole low causes floating, a shell thet penetrates the engine makes it stop. 5: Make smoke a refuge. Unless the ship does NOT have radar comsumable it MUST be blind and not able to see ships and fire on them. HE shells must have ignition values by their own not by the captain's magic skills! Also metal surfaces suffair less damage by fire than wooden ones! Also...Remove atleast 30% of the rocks and islands in your maps. They make the game "heavy" to old PCs and also makes the game like WoT. 99% of the banavl battles made to far away from shores!!!

Maybe i ma too dummy to understand the answers that are NOT answers at all. It seams i ma not as smart as you are. What ballance is this whan a Destroyer can launch 100 torpedos in 20 minutes time. What ballance is this when a Battleship with over 150 gun on it can not sink a 60m destroyer in close combat? Where IS THAT BALLANCE AND i CAN NOT SEE IT?

True....then add STYX missiles to soviet destroyers and laser guns to US battleships. It will still be a game!

True....about the explosion 50% chance. About the hit ration though that depends on the distance and the crew training. See my avatar. In 1912 that ship (armored cruiser) had 90% accuracy against 4 battleships (that damaged them all), 2 armored cruisers etc! It sufaired three hits of small caliber that caused a spotters death!!! Historical fact and proven!

Critical error thaks to graphics?

So...can the skins be used as cammos for ships? Because when i use ATAGO skin , all same gun turrets of other JAP ships apear with that color! What if the skins would replace the three basic cammos we all use in game.?
