Its kind of ironic that i started encountering this issue with framedrops immediately after changing my old gtx 950 with a 1070. At that time wows was version 0.9.7 and i tried multiple drivers and even reinstalling wows again but with no luck. The issue is still present in the latest patch. I still have the 950 laying around and i will swap the 1070 to see if anything changes.
