  1. Um, no, it was called Masasmune originally and has since become Myougi (with a time as Haku in between).
  2. He's talking about H-39/H-41
  3. Because when the first made it, it was saved as "Zuikaku" and nobody has bothered to change it since. Because they did very much consider it. For a while. So it was made. Then they realised it wasn't such a good idea, but they didn't remove it because they don't tend to, like why there is the Cimarron class fleet oiler, and Sakura class destroyer still in the game files.

What we know about Ships: Updated 05/04/2017

Update: Japanese CV line for now: CV Houshou CVL Zuihou CVL Ryuujou CV Hiryuu CV Zuikaku CV Taihou CV Hakuryuu Appropriate information has also been added to the 3rd post regarding them plus A-140 J2 being called Izumo Information from here:
  5. Bismarck is unlikely to be premium. I mean it would be like making Yamato premium (and yes, they did consider doing that, we asked ) Because Kaga is slow and overally about tier 8. Shinano is definitely modelled, but she is a hard one to balance, which is why I'm guessing they went for Taihou.

What we know about Ships: Updated 05/04/2017

Coenraad, on 16 April 2015 - 08:50 AM, said: The RN is missing a few heavy cruisers. Taking the tree from NF2 Tier 4: Duke of Edinburgh Tier 5: Minotaur Tier 6: York Tier 7: Exeter Tier 8: Norfolk Tier 10: London This is what we have been told, so if you want to see something added, ask in the Q&A Anyway, I've updated and revamped the 3rd post to make it more relevant.

You have a problem with that, take it up with Wargaming, not me.

No, it is widely expected to be tier 8 of a second line when the US CV line is expanded later on. As far as we know Midway will be tier 10 and Essex moved down to tier 9 when it is introduced.

What we know about Ships: Updated 05/04/2017

Ideally Cleveland would be tier 8, Brooklyn at tier 7 and an 8/9 gun Brooklyn design study at tier 6. Tier 6 for the US CAs would be the 6 gun Pensacola study
  10. There are more people in Brazil than there are in Portugal? Either way, asking is probably your best bet.

Why was HMS Hood sent to engage Bismark?

Its worth noting that the lucky shot occurred very near the end of their run in to close the range, literally as the ship was beginning to turn, iirc. Not entirely true.

Why was HMS Hood sent to engage Bismark?

Its not just raw velocity. Its also the shell itself. Also, the German method for gun design meant that they had better than average belt penetration but inferior deck penetration.

will british ships be at lauch ?

Why have the Gannet when you can have the Spearfish?

Update based on the stuff inside the Pre-order packages. DD Greg to tier V, Premium, Russia DD Sims to tier VII, Premium, USA

    The Aoba

I'd say no to that, because it stretches later cruiser development out, whilst compressing earlier cruiser development. I mean who doesn't love WWI vintage light cruisers?
  16. mr3awsome

    The Aoba

Aoba is probably going to be average for its tier in the long term. Unfortunately Cleveland shouldn't really be where it is currently so its hard to say how competitive it is at the moment.

    Romanian Naval Forces

The Spanish and the Italians have enough unique stuff. Let the Romanians have some fun

will british ships be at lauch ?

I use this page I guessed HBX-1. Well generally larger shells have more filler, but there is a lot more room for variation in warships so hopefully it will be done by filler rather than just raw size/shell weight.

    Romanian Naval Forces

    Also a distinct possiblity.

will british ships be at lauch ?

The Mk 17 has 1030lb of TNT equivalent. All Mod other than the Mod3 of the Type 93 have 1156lb of TNT equivalent. The Mk IX** has 1208lb, as you say. So in theory it should be the most damaging torpedo of the three. In regards to its guns, Daring fires joint heaviest shell, furthest. The mounts also turn and elevate quickly. Given the nature of British shells, it is also likely to do comparable, if not more damage per shot on average than the other two.

    Romanian Naval Forces

It is distinctly possible that the two Romanian destroyer classes will be in the game in the future. However, that is a long time in coming.

will british ships be at lauch ?

    Daring more likely than not.

    Tier IX Carrier and Battleship

There are, in theory, two designs that could work as British tier 10 CVs. A larger Audacious, and a larger Malta.

    Tier IX Carrier and Battleship

Well there has been no firm decision about Bismarck.

    Hunt-class Type 3 destroyer

Well ships have a much longer life, in general, than planes or takes so its not to much of a problem. Which is why these would be premium rather than regular.
