There is a very obvious solution to your problem staring you right in the face any time you look down at your keyboard that does not require WG to do anything. It's the 2 key. Monarch's AP is far better than KGV's, so I suggest you use it instead.

It's also a huge, poorly armored, and worse angled target, so it's a very easy spot to aim for.

Case in point, I lost a karma point on thursday. Now I have 149 karma (after the lost point) so it doesn't affect me as such, I'd just love to know why I lost that point. Wasn't for anything obvious like playing a CV (don't play them) or a sub (or those either)

Should be the same guns apart from what you pointed out. Not played her yet myself but from what I have seen that without IFHE she struggles to penetrate anything even at tier 8, let alone when up tiered. And no I am in no rush to find out for myself.

And this is precisely why you should read between the lines and decide for yourself if you like what you see rather than take anyone's opinion on a ship.

To be entirely fair the quality of the stokers and coal involved also affects the speed.
