Also having a whole lot more side to show, and a huge poorly armored, worse angled, area that counts as part of the HULL for saturation (the flight deck and hangar) certainly does not help her one bit either. -

Overall: T-61 (no surprise there). Best gunboat currently available: Aigle. Anshan comes a close second though. Best overall that's currently available: I'd still have to give it to Aigle. NB that this is, obviously, my own personal opinion, feel free to take it or leave it.

No the actual problem is that the community can't seem to agree on a *EDITED* thing. Wargaming is absolutely right to listen to the figures when the message from the community is confusing at best.

Better enough that I rarely bother with her HE, while with the KGV I rarely bother with her AP.

Amagi gives them even stronger though, and has no problems performing. EDIT: Let's not forget Amagi is a tech tree ship so you can get her for absolutely free unlike Hizen.

To be fair, I compare premiums to their counterparts from the same nation at same tier, not ships from different nations. Makes for a more fair comparison..usually.
