She does indeed. And six km torps with two launchers per side as compared with Lazo's 4km torps with only one launcher per side. A another huge bit of tactical flexibility in Weimar's favour those.

Weimar. Lazo's a fine ship, but Weimar is by far the more flexible of the two, so she gets the nod.

Far simpler to just not sell the ship in the first place. Even if you only play them for snowflake events, don't sell premium ships.
