Honestly I'd take it further and rate a fair few tier 8 DD's ahead of the Z-44, including her little sister the Z-35. And there is no contest what so ever between the Z-44 and Z-F6.

Shouldn't be picking fights with other dd's if you can avoid it in a Neustra. There are several dd's that can kill you faster than you can kill them, superheal or no superheal.

Honestly of those three I have to give the nod to the Black. Z-44 is, simply put, just not very good, and while Neustrashimi is better, it's largely because of her superheal more than anything the rest of her brings to the table.

As a cruiser considered individually, very. As a trainer for the Italian cruiser line, not good. Tbh I like her but if you're looking for a Italian cruiser trainer premium this isn't it.

If you want a proper IT DD trainer, get the FR-25, or if you can get the RP's together the Paolo Yolo. Leone is, simply put, not very good.
