That's a tier 10. Schröder is tier 9, compare her with ships of the same tier, ie Alaska, Kronstadt, Ægir (+Siegfried), Azuma and Carnot.

18 seconds base is plenty fast enough for 305mm guns, it's a full two seconds faster than the Ægir.

Honestly she's got me mildly intruiged with that armament. 4x2 German 305mm guns paired with a 18 second base reload certainly has..potential.

She's not a CL at all, she's packing 305mm guns. The quoted text in the Dev blog gives her the wrong guns for some reason.

This is apparently this year's xmas dockyard ship along with Renown 44, which will be the intermediate reward according to the road map.

I'm looking at the info on the WoWS wiki and it credits her with 305mm guns, not 150mm guns. Zf-6 would disagree with you sir. EDIT: It'd seem the dev blog manages to contradict itself. The model and the text description of the Schröder clearly show 4x2 305mm guns while the written specs credit her with 3x3 150mm guns. @Seraphice @YabbaCoe

To be entirely fair not all of the changes have been for the worse, case in point the stealth fire changes..

Mildly, ie not enough to raise a stink about it.

Helped somewhat by two of Leipzig's boilers deciding to go quit (explode) on her mid chase to be fair. Don't think anyone was doing measuring of that speed but I'm pretty sure she surpassed not only her trials speed in that chase, but also her designed speed, which she failed to hit on trials. Now that's not something you see every day, unless you just ran into the Rodney.
