It certainly can be usefull. Now knowing when it is is one of the trickiest skills to master in this game.

King George (the) Vth. The tier 7 British bb.

My book on BB's of WW2 concurs. As a side note this was a defintive improvement as the 152's had serious issues in service, and in fact weren't truly dp till post war. As a side note the very similar, just not dual purpose, mount(s) on the La Gallisionaire and Emille Bertin did not share those issues, and in fact performed pretty well.

In short, nothing. At least not on paper. Remember this one never even came close to leaving the drawing board.

Way too big to cross the Danish Belts which is the primary reason she never left the drawing board. Even that ship I mentioned above was extremely iffy in that regard, as designed. And nb, this was a design requirement, that they have relatively shallow draft (for their displacement) so they could do that.

And here I thought that one with 12 (3 quads) 406mm guns and 18 torpedo tubes was as crazy as they got..

Couple of nice ones, if I do say so myself, one in Fuso, the other in the Nurnberg. -

Including all three because the CV and Fuso deserve at least as much credit for pulling this game around as I do. -
Impossible can be possible (...or never seen before)

No. Type "don't go middle" and you will see people do just that. Those are the real potatoes. -
Given that the both in question are the Leningrad and the Blys, that comment clearly went right over your head.
-
Of course the best choice is to get them both.

Yea some people. Unfortunately this counts as naming and shaming, and will no doubt be handled accordingly. Next time, hide the names. -
Kind of surprised no one's mentioned the Queen Elizabeth yet, they were sisterships after all..
-
Bongistan? What nationality is this again? :P

New personal best damage wise, still lost. -
Easily the best AA suite of tier 5 in fact. Pretty close to Colorado (T7) levels of AA as I recall. And yes, those guns can really hurt anything you hit.
-
One third? You're being generous, sir, make it more like a solid HALF.

An another example of just how bonkers the claim that the RN bb's should only fire he is (only fired ap) And in case anyone's wondering, the single fire is from the secondaries. -
And all those that were caught up in the middle of it, despite not having actually signed up for it. Only fair to include the neutrals that were victims as well after all.

Give her time and she will treat you just fine. Don't give up if the going is hard at first.

Never been on sale for doubloons as far as I know, only in the premium store.
-
Emden is basically a premium Dresden, no surprise given that they were sisterships.
-
Also, on second thought, any of the following would be really easy as a first premium to learn the "ropes" in: Oleg, K. Albert, Aurora, Emden. EDIT: Nearly forgot the Ishizuchi.
