That assumes the guns in question would have performed as advertized.. Plus, just because you can throw a shell that far does not mean you can hit anything at that range. That's way beyond any ability of the ship to spot for herself, even with radar. -
Um wait what? She was armed with 9 X 11" as originally built (same as Scharnhorst) I really do not know where you get her ever being (re)armed with 9 X15" from..

Tbh, as I said on twitter, the easiest way to improve her is most likely to give her back the fourth 120mm double. Not like aa was ever that good on the Tribals to begin with, anyway.. Also, as a side note, I do belive Cossack was lost before they did that refit.

You do realize that to report the entire team you would have to report yourself as well right? After all you were just as much a member of the team as any other player on it.
