Wise words indeed. Also you can heal every point you took from fire, not from ap. -
The Bismarck has a similar camo as well, which you can get by completing the Bismarck collection.

Make no mistake, for all the joking I do about her accuracy (or rather, lack there of) I love her too. Say whatever else you want about her, but I dare anyone to claim she does not have character

Can't say I would blame you in the slightest for that.. Those two campaign camo's you can buy now look interesting at least, even if their bonuses are no different from the usual one she comes with.

Well this is the one I got with mine, and I am pretty sure I did not buy the top package, seeing as I do not have a second camo or the Hood commemorative flag.. Presumably this is the one they refer to above, but I don't know *shrugs* Also, the Repulse was not a sistership of the Hood.

Actually those are easily enough explained, means your shell hit something at a very wonky angle. Now how it got there at that angle, that would be interesting to know.

Certainly not having to (potentially) face either the Yamato or the Musashi and their 46cm (18,1in for you imperial types) guns is a bonus. And the Ashitaka can and will face the latter, while the Kii can end up facing either of those monsters..

A running gag. Seriously though, you'd have to ask Kobayashi as nobody else seems to know. (also, looks aside, that camo does have some excellent bonuses to be fair)

can any battleship in game fire main batteries at 1 second intervals?

One would think that a BB main would have learned to recognize the difference between the main guns and the secondaries even in this few games. As stated before, there is no battleship in the game that can manage even one main battery shell every second, let alone all of them. You most likely got hurt by the secondaries. In case you can't guess, the higher tier German BB's have some seriously nasty secondaries with the right commander skills and or modules. And I don't even want to think what a Musashi can do to a Hood if you run into one of those..
