I'd definetly say manual for secondaries as the tier 4 skill. CE isn't really much use on German bb's I've found. As for equipment, I went for the one that reduces her rudder shift, and I certainly do not regret it.

Abruzzi proving she's (imho) worth the price of purchase. -
Eyes and ears of the team, especially when no carriers are around. Take those out and you've left the other team blind. Just as true in pvp and ranked as it is in any other mode really. :D

Also, in fact, seeing as commander reserve slots are on discount at the moment, there is no better time to increase your number available.

Pretty sure that the Z-23 class never achieved 38 knots in rl, except maybe on trials. And definetly not with that 150mm double turret installed. Weighing down a fairly fine lined hull like that one with guns that heavy is a bad idea, for sure.

You can still kill a German bb faster using AP, if you only know where to aim. Don't actually need citadels for that, although they certainly help. -

To be fair, everyone present (myself very much included) and indeed every player in the game, occasionally falls into that trap of "(class) should only ever fire (shell type)" In fact, and I know a lot of people will not like hearing this one bit, if you want to see the best use of firing the right shell at the right time (in as much as it is possible of course) you need to look at the PVE bots, they most certainly do. -
So after the might of the Swiss and Czech navies then ;)

Said it before and I'll say it again, only a fool limits himself to a single ammo type. Unless your ship only has one ammo type of course.. -

Blowing a hole straight through your target isn't really fun unless you hit something vital on the way through, generally (that having been said, Musashi has no problems getting good damage even without cits) -
You'll notice I was careful to not say which side of such a expirience you were on.

Useful for shooting at CV's too. Those 460's have a bad habit, I've found (playing Musashi) of over penning those all day, while he can be quite devastating. So devastating in fact that I have seen he citadels from those guns. :D -
Speaking from personal expirience no doubt.
