Suggestion: Wait till the game is actually up and running and try again then.

Actually it has everything to do with being unsporting. You signed up for a event, and for one reason or a another failed to show up for it, no doubt having a negative effect on your team in the process. My advice? Quit your bloody whining about it, serve your penalty, and move on for pete's sakes, goes for @BombsAway as well.

Didn't look too bad from what I've seen of people playing her (the T8 Cleveland) earlier today.

It stays where it is. Ie the free xp that's in the Cleveland goes to the Pepsi Cola, the New Orleans to the Baltimore, and so on.

I'd be surprised if you'd even notice tbh. Doesn't feel like a couple of extra SHP (to use the proper term, Shaft Horse Power) is going to be that noticable in game. Also pretty sure that the Dallas is a lighter (ie less displacement) boat, so she won't need as much HP.

IFHE on a tier 2? Know what, I am not even going to grace that with a reply, but for the first time ever you just made me wish I had that gif of "oh you were serious? I'm going to laugh harder!"

Simple, really. These puny 76mm pop guns will consistently fail to deal their full damage because they don't have enough penetrative power to penetrate even the thin armor of a tier 2 before exploding, and doing less than their full amount, or even (it happens, trust me) no damage what so ever.

Out dpm on paper you mean. The small caliber of those guns means the actual damage output is a lot less.

Said it before and I'll say it again: If you can't make the Cleveland in her current state work, then quite frankly USN cruisers are not for you.
