Nothing, and I do mean nothing beats blowing straight through a BB's armor because you have 460mm guns and they just don't give a *edited* about angles.

No offense, but to me it feels like the Graf has the most inconsistent guns in the game. Then again it's been a while since I last played a BB below tier 5-6..

Should be noted the Graf only has a superior damage output the few times her guns decide to actually behave. By comparison the Pepsi's and Aoba's guns seem to behave themselves (ie not fly all over the place, but land in about the same area) a lot more.

I'd take priority target over preventative maintenance personally. Knowing when they are actually aiming at you is a very useful thing to have I have found personally.

I think you should have run that one through a spell checker, I mean "wright" instead of write? Oh dear oh dear.. On the Cleveland herself, shouldn't play that much different from her tier 6 self, although the radar is a nice touch. Not like being bottom tier in her is exactly new news..

Also let's not forget, with 203mm guns it starts becoming really tempting to mix in some AP with the usual HE spam.

She's probably the strongest (non premium) tier 5 cruiser in the game. Which is scant consolation with the tier 5 mm being the way it is..
