What do I think? I think you're quite frankly off your rocker. DE does not need a buff, nor is it under powered.

To get the most out of her you must use every tool in your arsenal. Your punchy and rapid fire guns, your excellent armour, your torps, and last but no means least, your excellent mobility. EDIT: And of course the outstanding secondaries.
