IJN, apart from Thea (KM) although you can actually share the HSF captains between the Harekaze and HSF Graf freely despite some of them being the wrong nation. Before you ask, no you can't put a IJN HSF skipper in the regular Graf, or Thea in the Musashi.

I am considering the same myself, the 80% faster rudder repair time helps as well. Well, first I'd need to actually get the Amalfi *laughs* (have the mission, need about 1400 base xp)

Amalfi can in fact use rudder modification 3, which the Zara can not, making her rudder even more responsive (giving her a rudder shift of 5,28 seconds, which is ludicrous for a cruiser), albeit at the price of not having the concealement module.

Nobody who's ever watched that show, at least not recently, could reccomend that, speaking as someone who did.

Nothing wrong with that, in fact that was about what I expected when I first heard of this SAP stuff, namely that it'd suit some of us, but not all of us. Me, I tend to agree so far..
