The secondaries are short ranged and fire slow though, there's a reason why nobody reccomends a secondary spec for her.

DD's still have a role because 1: Not every game has a Carrier in it. 2: Nor can a carrier have it's planes be everywhere where they might be needed at once.

As @Sleepy_Bunny said unique does not mean good. I'd personally take my Harekaze out any day over my Asashio (got her out of a x-mas container last year before anyone asks why I'd have a premium I never drive)

Arky I earned by playing this game back in CBT, Mushi and Kronny were earned through free xp. And the rest were earned through cold hard cash.

As odd as it sounds I actually went for BOS over SI on my RM cruiser skipper (to be fair he started out as a Genoa skipper, and Genoa has no need for SI) Worked surprisingly well so far..
