Fixed that for you. Rozhestvensky was not solely to blame for what happened at Tsushima. Hell he wasn't even primarily to blame. It is a remarkable feat in of itself to sail a fleet of Victorian Era coal burners that far without a single engineering casuality en route, even if a combination of brand new ships (half the Borodino's hadn't even finished TRIALS before being sent), combined with ships that had no business being in company with them, severe overload of all ships involved, and questionable crew morale doomed the fleet. (they knew the war was essentially already lost). No the fault is not definetly that of Zinovy Rozhestvensky. Anyways I'll get off my soap box now.

Seydlitz had a grand total of 0 203's installed, as she'd been stripped down to the deck for her conversion to a carrier remember? The fact is the Russians didn't have any more 203 mm guns. Iirc the other two weren't even installed when the Germans invaded.

They delivered either 3 or 4 depending on source.

Guess someone decided that 4X3 180mm guns, which they had spares for, and ammunition for, was better for 203's which they had neither. Also, a Kirov style triple 180mm turret should fit just fine into a barbette designed for a Hippers double 203 turret..

Well she was renamed Tallinn towards the end of her carreer..

Either I am blind or the Tallin is a conversion of the Lutzow (the Hipper sold to the Soviets)
