Straight up torpedoboat build here, complete with the new torpedo module in slot 3. Only tried it out once so far, in the Visby. Seems to work though.

I never sold mine, all four of them. (Omaha, Murmansk and both Marbleheads)

Don't forget, Omaha has a potential six guns pointing forward as well.

If it did, wouldn't a similar effect also be seen on the Monarch, Richie, Gascogne, Vanguard, and Roma seeing as they share a similar enough a gun caliber to be affected by that in the same way?

Actually took Basics of Surviability, and Last Stand as the first tier 3 and 2 skills, respectively, it works surprisingly well I've found. Certainly has saved my hide more times than I'd care to admit.

Just got a another 180 from the two containers you get as the final daily drop, so got the Vesteros for good measure. Might as well aim for the Skåne then and see if I make it.

I've seen it happen more times than I'd care to count. Pretty funny actually, as long as the bots are on the other team and not on the player team.

Except the Petropavlovsk isn't replacing the Moskva in the line, the Nevsky is.

Got a not so grand 160 from the first four, plus the free one. Got a another 260 from the five given for finishing directive 2, and now have the Visby. Only really aiming for the Vesteros, but let's see where this ends up shall we..

Slightly worse due to the slower rate of fire and worse turret layout, imho. But yes she is definetly superior in the speed department as Rory is only powered for a sedate 19 knots, while the Varyag can manage a (fairly respectable for t3) 25.

This. Personally I like two out of the three I have played so far (Devon+Chessie), while the third (Hawkins) can die in a fire..

Varyag wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't for that gun arrangement..

Carry on then. Although I have always kind of liked the Albany personally.
