Sorry, but this is utter *EDITED* The guns are precisely what makes a ship a heavy cruiser or a light cruiser. So saying that Mainz is a "heavy cruiser with light cruiser guns" is 100% inaccurate. Calling her a Hipper with 15cm guns however is 100% accurate.

Or just find a another way to get your stars, speaking as someone who got through the entire campaign using just missions 1 and 2 of each part.

And isn't hampered by Mogami's legendarily awfull torpedo arcs should be noted.

At tier 5, technically, as the Pyotr is very good. Failing that, the Sinop is borderline OP for her tier.

Let me just quickly correct you on this: T3 was in fact Russia's first dreadnought design, but was never ordered due to politics (duma said no) T4 is as you said T5 was one of the alternative designs to what became the Izmail class. T6: correct T7: actually apparently a real design of a Russian take on a post Jutland BB. T8: Ansaldo's UP41 T9: Correct T10: partially correct. The Kremlin's hull is a real enough of a design (the Project 24 class BB) but her guns are less so. EDIT: bonus round: Lenin: One of the preliminary desings for what became the SS. Poltava: Ditto.
