No, sorry, that is 100% entirely fair, seeing as she's a straight up weaker Shira, itself not all that great as Tier 7 dd's go.

Yuudachi is straight up *edited*, Gorizia is a weaker Zara, Poltava is the dictionary definition of mediocre, and Cheshire is well.."special" I think is the kindest term for her. Just think they were all removed due to not selling enough.
