To be entirely fair, the only CB one can reasonably reccomend over Alaska is Kronstadt. As for the rest, let me get back to you on it once I've played her myself, but the information is appreciated.

No you can not, you can't sell perma camos. -
This is true, but at least it doesn't mean your effort is ruined if someone decides to yoink your kill right at the end, damage is damage after all. (and yes I have plenty of IJN/USN cruisers for that mission)

Tbh, the 650K damage with the main battery in the USN/IJN cruisers is even easier..

Really did not enjoy the seven games I played in Mikoyan over last patch, so I have to give the nod to the Kirov

So far the only line that qualifies for this is the USN DD's (possibly the VMF DD's as well) but only at the Mahan (and Kiev, respectively) so got a while to go before I'll be able to do it anyway..

No idea sorry, not gotten to the point where I can reset lines yet. Frankly not sure if I want to, too many ships in this game that I didn't enjoy, at all..

It is, in fact, why I went and sold mine, despite actually liking her. And before anyone says "Krasny Krym" it's just..not the same. Yes they are the same ship, but the MM is certainly far less kind to the KK than it is to the Svietlana.

While the Svietlana isn't the worst tier 4 cruiser in the game (I'd happily give that title to Karlsrue personally..but thats a whole 'nother discussion) the fact she doesn't count for any missions any more doesn't exactly make you want to play her that much any more now does it?

Going to sound somewhat heartless for saying this but. No, they should have made sure they were at least at the Budy to avoid this mess, and they certainly had enough time to do it.

Was already at the Chapayev by the time the change was announced, so essentially I was unaffected apart from having to speed up the work on getting Moskva. Ended up spending 262k free xp.

As good a place as any to ask this, is this the same perma camo Moskva had before the change, I am curious.

Gets a 404, file not found when you try to install it.

It's one of the few times in this game where you can't really go wrong either way.
