The guns actually work pretty well on Ægir, I can confirm.

Very early days, only one battle, but certainly didn't feel that bad to me. Will keep playing her and see how the opinion developes.

Contrary to popular belief not all German premiums are bad. And I am frankly not sure this is one of the bad ones.

Friendly warning: I can give you a link to where you can download most of it (got episodes 26 and 4 mixed up for some reason, and missing one entire episode of the side story) but.. There are no subtitles in the show anywhere. -

Pretty sure they'd never run that fast with the periscope extended, it'd no doubt damage it. Was a *edited* way of getting the Jerries attention that, and worked a treat. Had not just the DD but a entire battlegroup chasing her after that stunt (ran straight under them) -
