Also, Pommern has that nasty sting in it's tail that is the torps. Also, while I'm pretty sure the Pomm can reliably citadel Georgia if shown broadside, I am not entirely sure the Georgia can return the favour.

That does not neccessarily mean it'll go all the way to 40 seconds however..

The first two, and the last, are Heavy cruisers, enough said. And the Belfast pre dates the RN CL line so she doesn't have that extra get up and go. There's your problem.

The Heavy Cruisers and Battleships have never been fast accelerating, that's the Light Cruisers and DD's.
