Except they're not, the Nevsky has 180mm DP guns, the Petey's 220mm guns are not DP. Don't belive me? Check in game yourself.

Easily the best HE of the tier 9 supercruisers, and still pretty good AP, and probably the most reliable gun handling too. Also, as long as you use WASD hax her armor isn't even that bad. Lots of things to like about Azuma if you look past the obvious elephant in the room (Yoshino)

Especially don't ignore a one if he gets at your broadside, contrary to popular belief the Azuma's AP is nothing to sneeze at either.
