Glitch from what I can recall, something along the lines of launching the torps into the hull from certain angles. -
To be entirely fair there are finite times where you can get her to work for..various reasons.

Wasn't me, but I feel like we have to give a shout out to that guy that managed to torpedo himself while playing a Udaloy. -
Kansas needs down tiering? What about the ship that's already at tier 7, the historicallly accurate Colorado, surely she deserves better than to lose her place to a what if refit of a design that never left the drawing board (and none of which were planned to be named USS Kansas)

It is a idea, but I have to agree with @Allied_Winter on this. Not with his dislike of most RTS games though, but hey each to their own. :D -
1: Nope, they have the same. 2: Half a second, you will barely notice 3: See above 4: Nope, same at 15% 5: See #2 6: Debatable, not being able to hit DD's at all with them is a major disadvantage.

Also there's the not so small matter of Irian being clearly the superior ship.

That's because that's exactly what it is. It's a Martel that lost it's main battery reload, and speed boost, and got given a torpedo reload instead. Can debate which is better Bajie or Izumo, but in this case its no contest.
