While she's not the best of the quartet, in fact, she's definetly in third place, if you really want a proper high tier (ie 8+) German premium DD the Z-35 is the better choice over the Z-44. Just felt it should be said just in case.

Not sure on the Yoshi myself, Z-44 is a hard pass, and the Duck and Okt are a waste of the coupon if you ask me. Now to the real reason I replied: Both Marceau, and Pommern, are exceptional fun ships to play, although to this must, for fairness sakes, be added the caveat that we do not know how the Pomm will handle the skill changes in 10,0. Personally, despite her being one of the hardest ships in this game to master, I have not the slightest hesitation about reccomending Marceau.

Does not however mean the Z-39 is a bad ship. It is in fact comfortably the second best of the German Premium DD's.

T-61 is tier 6, Z-39 is the tier 7.

Just pointing out one way to improve said reload further, nothing more. Wouldn't be a entirely fair comparison to her fellow tier 9's if you did not consider ALL possible skill combinations for all of them. Not saying that I am going to get her myself nb.

To be entirely fair she does reload two seconds faster, and even is 5,2 knots faster than any of those too..

To be entirely fair that main battery reload skill that's coming in the skill rework would reduce her reload down to 30,1 seconds..

Not really. She gets DFAA but their actual AA gun layouts are very similar.

(Potentially) solves one of her issues, while still leaving her with the rest (slow speed, mediocre pen, slower reload speed)
