Most likely. You can definetly see six of them (3 to a side) on the stock hull at least, don't have a Tatra myself so I can't check if they are also present on the upgraded hull.

Three actually, although Umikaze has them only on her stock hull. Tatra technically should have some single 66mm as well as I recall, they're even on the model, just not used in game.
