EU install is on the SSD, NA is on another disk. I do have two graphics card but SLI has been turned off. Old GPUs, 2 x GTX550 Ti. I've done hardware and memory tests on the pc and all is working as intended. I am at the stage where I will probably order a new pc tomorrow. Many thanks for taking the time to try and help me, much appreciated.

I have two different installs for the two regions. I have just completed the re-install for the EU and still crashing the second I try to log-in. I do not get any error message, just a complete pc shutdown.

Windows 10 has been installed for quite a few months. WOWs is on an SSD, over 100GB free at the moment. I have run the WOWs integrity checker, all seems well. I am just about to finish another re-install, will let you know how it goes. Thx for replying. Still confused as to why my NA account crashes even though I am using a different client.

No mods. Windows 10. nVidia graphic card (drivers have been rolled back to no effect). 16 GB RAM. Problem has only started in the last 10 days or so.

I've just launched every game on my pc and there are no problems with any of them. The problem seems to be limited to WOWs, does anybody have any suggestions? I couldn't even launch into the NA server either without crashing (and that is a different client).

Just managed to log in to the game, entered a battle with my Kamikaze and once again complete crash.....................my apologies to the players on my team.

Massive lag and constant crashes yesterday and today. Once game has crashed I can no longer log back in for quite some time. Internet connection is fine, ping is excellent, no problems with any other site, but the moment I try to log into WOWs my pc crashes every time. Any thoughts?

And yet again......no idea why it's only happening with WOWs!!!!!

Been getting the same thing since last update, black screen and crash. Once it's crashed it is really difficult to get back into the game.

Every couple of days I experience game going to black screen and total shutdown, and a further inability to relaunch the game. I am not having any problems with any other pc activity or games, only WOWS.

I've started getting that same problem, as soon as I opened a container it crashed, and every time I try to restart I get to the harbour and constantly crash. I am not able to enter the game at all. No problems with my pc doing anything else, no internet problems, just a black screen every time I try to play. Anybody else experiencing this problem?

Interestingly I played on the US server yesterday and opened my 5 containers, today on the EU server I also opened my 5.................. they were identical.............either a fluke or possibly not a lot of variety? Still nice gifts though!

I can connect without any problem. Suggest you check the NA forum.

As I don't appear to be the only one that has suffered I point the finger at WG.

I got the same problem. Finished a game in Bayern, went back to port and was unable to select another ship. The only way around the problem was to select 'Battle' with the Bayern and then quit the queue immediately, that seemed to free up the other ships.

I logged in this morning and my 'Superior Firepower' total was reset to zero..........puts me off playing in the challenges.

In view of the forthcoming changes, can anyone give advice on whether to buy the Kagero? I have it researched but am having problems figuring out the best way forward.
