Having 203mm cannons is good. Having them is turrets that cant traverse while your ROF is terrible as well... you know... sh*t. Had a couple of good games in it, armor semi works atleast against lower or same tier cruisers, if you angle it between shots. I've unlocked the Aoba and sold the FuruKAKA in a heartbeat tho. Playing your cruiser like a Kongo minime is not awesome...
