I think he was only neo-nazi because he is originally from East-Germany and had no contact with outsiders before the unification which apparently makes you kinda paranoid-xenophobic (it is easy to hate someone you never actually met, but once you talk to them it suspiciously begins to look like those others might be human too). Then he moved here to Dublin, Ireland to work and had to live and work with all kinds, so that was the end of that.

Well, those guys aren't generally speaking terribly smart anyway and they'll eventually get locked up for something I'm sure so no worries there. And well, some of the younger ones are only into it because they are ignorant and have never actually met or talked to a person of color or different race. Consequently, when coming into contact with others they just might be smart enough to see the light - Eventually. One of the guys I share a flat with is a German who actually used to be a fervent neo-nazi for years. Now he advocates gay rights (same sex marriage and stuff and no he is not gay but has found out, to his surprise that some of his good German friends were so he changed his mind about that) and is also best buddies with a few Asian and African guys (he's the one inviting them over nowadays), who frequently visit our house for Weekend parties and such. So there's always hope.

Really? Well, take up the team list (the thingy that show you all our and the nemy's ships and players) - Press TAB to toggle it on and off, right click on his name and choose option "Misbehavior in Chat" from the drop-down menu.

You could have just reported him for misbehavior in chat as I'm pretty sure some else would have also done so and he would be chat banned automatically. Then open ticket with screenshot, as the others have already said. Problem solved. Shooting at him (I admit temptation would be high) will resolve nothing and just make you pink.

That's also why Emile occasionally makes an awesome proto-DD in extreme emergencies. Nerfed and all, I still like that ship.

Yupyup, of course it is. I know that and have had all that on all the while. However I'm getting bored with it and want to test something new for a change. Not to worry will do my testing in Coop at first. Cannot play Republique or any other tier 10 BB either I'm afraid, as they are papers ships and therefore do not fill my criteria for the ships I would keep (not historical ships). We will see how that goes - It might be fun! Besides I've done far more stupider things in my life already so this is nothing, hehehe!

I intend to take full advantage of the buff indeed, but my intention is to take NEITHER this legendary upgrade NOR the main battery reload, I will also mount the main battery mod 2 in order to get speedier rotation and then see what she can do.

As for me.. I am not taking any of them so far. Not even the Yamato one. Yamato's gun turrets are already pretty much welded to the deck (a feature I have always found most annoying) as is so this upgrade would just make the situation even worse making it almost impossible to respond to any situation, which would require changing aim. No thanks.

Oh well lad. All I can say that there's probably a reason why that guy didn't become a teacher then eh? Not everyone has the patience or the empathy towards others we wish they did. And also, who knows he could just a a 6 year old pre-schooler whose sk. "success" in this virtual world has caused the piss from his bladder to swell and float all the way to the top. So never mind that, happens from time-to-time. I have even been TK'd by such pri*cks on occasion, but no point in worrying about it too much tho it sure is annoying. Reporting to clan might not be such a great idea tho, there is every chance that instead of a one-off problem you'll get an entire clan of a*sses on your tail next, one never can tell so no point in involving others in the spat now is there? You can always report to support, but I doubt they'll do much about it. Just report misbehavior in chat and that's it. At the least there's a chance he'll get chat-banned, if some other team members reported him too. However, personally I just tend to ignore the doofuses and leave it be, it ain't worth my time anyways. Just get another drink & sedative and carry on! @Linkaex

It does that by default yeah. Use the "x" key to lock-on to a specific target. This can be a bit tricky, if there are multiple overlapping targets tho. AND - Of course, you also have to remember to press it again, if you want to unlock and change target.

True dat. Just yesterday, I was in a match where BOTH our team's DD's first action (2 Brother map) at spawn point was to immediately make a full U-turn (no idea why that was necessary, they could have just waited a bit) and go BEHIND our leading Cruisers & BB's before pointing their bows towards any cap... We lost of course, since after gathering enough courage to actually approach a cap both immediately puffed smoke after entering it and then just sat there sideways until inevitably getting torp'd. We somehow still managed to cap D (luckily we had a decent Fiji player with us), but it was too little too late and at far too heavy a cost in ship losses so in the end they just got the 1000 points full and we were done for while half-way through trying to cap C (we had already lost B on the other side) and anyways we would have lost, since we only had 4 ships left against their 8, one of which was a rather decent DD.player. I can tell, he was a real pain in the donkey's a*ss keeping us Cruisers perma-spotted and under constant fire from their BB's the entire bloody game and delaying us almost single-handedly until it was just too late to do anything about it (he got 2 kills also including our own potato DD on that side). Fun and engaging.

Hmmm... Just wondering what happens, when the other 23 people in both teams want to choose too and what if they all choose differently? Would we then end up having "Epicenter" on the Ocean map?

Hi @Thanks_for_all_the_fishand welcome to the forum. As I see it you made the most common mistake of them all, that will be guaranteed to spoil the fun every time. You went to tier 10 much too quickly thinking that it would be some sort of gamer's Mecca and the ultimate cool. This perception is, of course dead wrong. In practice, this only means that you are now an inexperienced target at tier 10 stuck-in with the pro's, who'll wipe their bottoms with you nearly every game without even breaking a sweat. Unfortunately, you should not be at this tier before you have at the least 2-3000 more games under your belt. Simply because, if you are a normal average human being, at only 900+ Random games played you just haven't had enough experience to learn all the tricks yet to play with the big boys and live. This is quite normal, happens(ed) to most of us. Also, you have not experimented much with any other ship type than a Battleship, which means that your perception of what is happening during a game is limited (this will hurt your results) and also that perhaps you just have not "found" the type of ship or playstyle that will produce the best results for you. Battleship although big and powerful is also a big-fat, clumsy and juicy target to everyone and as such, any small mistake will inevitably cost you dearly every time. Also to defend yourself more effectively against the DD's, CV's or Cruisers you really need to learn how to play them yourself so you will know what they can and cannot do. In short, at the moment you have bitten way more than you can chew and are in way over your head (NOT TO WORRY, I DID THE SAME THING AND SO DID MANY OTHERS). So now the real learning "How to play the game" starts... Go back to lower tiers and ace them first. Experiment with all ship types, so that you will know the opposition. Preferably try all the different countries too, because there are significant difference on how they play. That way you may be able to find the line that suits your personal playstyle and abilities the best. It is especially recommendable for you to learn to perform well in tiers 5 and 7 first. because this is where you will learn how to play as the underdog and not the top tier (well sometimes anyway). Once you have mastered that, go to tier 9 and try it out again until it goes well. Once satisfied that you performing well at tier 9, then and only then go back to tier 10 and you will have no worries. Good luck and happy sailing!
