Tuccy "answered" a question about the Wargaming unified account yesterday on Quickybaby's livestream basically with "it's not yet decided". So it is likely taht wargaming will take their time with entering World of Warships into that unification even after a release simply because they might want to prevent people sitting on 5 million free XP on their WoT account from just clicking their way to their favourite Tier X's.
The situation was a little different for WoWp, because Wargaming was pretty much trying everything to lure people into that game in the first place. So the account unification might paradoxically be happening the later the bigger success WoWs is. As for the Beta I am actually rather keen on getting my hand on some Gold/Piasters as I intend to keep some lower tier ships that i like. Wether it will be the a regular amount of piasters that is added to the accounts like it used to be in the WoT beta or if they will start commercialising the beta with actually selling them for real money will depend on the opinion of the developers, especially in regards of the very likely server wipe at the end.
However. A statement on how and when to expect piasters finding their way on my account would indeed be appreciated.
